They keep calling and saw nothing. Simultaneously, I am receiving phone calls from an unlisted number

Does not leave a message. When trying to return call, get the message your call cannot be completed as dialed

On February 1, 2013, the BBB contacted this business regarding a pattern of complaints concerning: failure to honor cease and desist requests, lack of communication and failure to provide proof of debt upon request. Complaints on file allege that the business has failed to adhere to the Federal Trade Commission Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

According to the business' response their complaint rate falls significantly below any level that would indicate an underlying issue with how Stuart Allan & Associates, Inc. conducts its business. They respectfully disagree with BBB's assessment that they have reoccurring issues.

This number has called my cell phone several times (5 or 6 times) - when I answer no one talks to me.

has been calling 5to 7times for 1 month all hours when i say please stop tormenting me the just keep calling my caller id is always full. i am disable and have to keep getting up to answer phone. only 1 landline phone they do not leave a message.

I received two phone calls from this number today. I missed the first time and called back, I found it odd when I was not able to connect the call because it was not in service. Then I got a second phone call and missed that call too. I decided to look up the number since I don't know anyone from Los Angeles and I am aware now that it is a scam.

Called me several times a night ,just hangs up.  Blocked them, up to no good.

I received phone calls after 9pm also.  When you call back, the # is no longer in service.  Whats with that.  How do I stop a # from calling when its no longer in service.

Don't know the number so I don't pick up if they like leave a message .

Been calling for the past week and I'm tired plz take me off this no joke annoying as fuk.

Just received a call from this number. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a voicemail. They bug you all week but do they really have to bug you on a Sunday afternoon???

Multiple calls from this number

Received four calls from 213-457-4056 yesterday, March 24 and one so far today.  I finally tried answering but no one said anything.  I tried calling back today and got the message it was a non-working number.  The same as others on this site have posted.

Getting between 1-3 calls from this number daily. Caller ID shows it as California and when my machine answers, no one ever leaves a message.

Answered one call from these bozos last night and the lady said she was conducting some kind of political poll or survey.  I hung up.  Have gotten two calls from this number again so far today and have picked up, but no one answers.  I called back to return the favor and bug THEM but it doesn't go thru.  Recording says my call can't go thru as dialed.  These idiots are calling from offshore.  May every interesting body part they possess fall off!

Call blocker might be your best bet.

Three calls so far today. Caller ID says "Los Angeles, CA." I don't know many people in LA, and none of them would be calling me on my home phone here in SC.

Other sites claim this is that Microsoft "your computer is crying out for help" scam, so I picked up and said, "Microsoft Corporation, how may I direct your call?" (If I let it go to voicemail, all they'll do is call back, so I might as well have a little fun with them. I doubt they'll take note that it's Saturday here.) All I got was dead air, so I held down the star key for a continuous beep.

I'm tempted to either pretend to go along with it or tell them I'll be right back (then just leave the phone). I have the time to waste their money, since I'm 99.999% sure they're not calling from the US.

Caller ID showed "California" but they did not leave a message. Called 5:08pm EST.
