I answered to some woman (with an Asian accent) talking about an improvement in my medical care, Like I need maedical care..... I told her I was busy and NOT to call me back.

They called me from 1:21 from Michael Anderson. But left a message from Jeff Smith. Says US Legal Supreme Court. Then Jason James, apparently they don't know who they are... They also state that I am to appear in court in California that day! But won't tell me what court house... I'm all they way in New Mexico!!!

I got the same exact call( as Jacqueline Nolen) from a man by the name of Mark Brown. this company is a fraud,trying to get info. Please do not give out any information to them.

i have received 5 calls today from this number. a man by the name of jack cooper he keeps telling i owe money from a loan i got from cashnet usa. when i told him i never had a loan and that i have proof he hung up on me . they wait about a hour and keep calling back . making me crazy

i got a call from the number  213-465-4557 claim to be some law firm the man online said i owe money on a loan i knew that was,t true i never apply for along how did he get the last for number of ssn# i don't know but i will find that soon let me know what i can do about filing a suit aganist this person or company

These people have called me every couple months on my work and my cell phone. Its always the same thick accented indian people and they are immediately very loud and treatening sounding. The first time they called it was a man who called saying he was a lawyer and that I took out a loan online and I didnt pay it and I would be sued for check fraud and something else. it sounded legit and it scared me, I asked what the company was he said it was a secondary collector I asked who the loan was originally from and he said like cash loan now something generic and fake that I ad never heard of. He gave me my SSN and my bank account number and I was like OMG how could he have that info?? I had taken out a payday loan online before but it was paid back according to terms. I asked when the deposit was supposedly made into my account? He said he didn't know. haha how do u not know? he said we're a secondary collection agency and they dont give us that information. Okay well I havent had any deposits into my account that I didnt know about. Ive paid back all my payday loans. He says can you prove that in court? Why yes, yes I can well you could just save the trouble and pay 336$ over the phone today because going to coourt is going to end up costing you thousands. Okay but what your not getting is I dont owe u anything! and he keeps going on and on get a lawyer your gonna go to jail were taking you to court. okay whatever do it. okay i hope you can prove you didnt recieve this loan. okay no problem because I didnt. okay i hope your prepared to prove that in  court. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PROVE IT IN COURT BECAUSE I NEVER RECIEVED A LOAN!!!! Well I have you paper work in front of me and it says you did. Okay then SEND THE DAMN SUBPOENA! and I hung up. I was so scared I even called my back to have all my statement mailed because the account he had was already closed and lo and behold NO DEPOSITS! surprise surpise. I never heard from him again after that. Then again in abou June they called a again a number from Buffalo NY this time and It was a heavy accented indian man who I told right off the bat you guys have called me before Im still waiting to go to court. This is a SCAM! and he goes on and on same m.o. and he literally SCREAMING at me you better get a lawyer! I wish you good luck! The police will be at your job to get you today! and fed up with his B***s*** I screamed into the phone WHO THE F*** ARE YOU YELLING AT!!! and hung up. Im sorry but being 3 months pregnant at the time I wasint in the mood for it. and he called my job hundreds of times after that harrassing my secretarys calling my back line calling my cell phone I kid you not hundreds of times a day. We counted on the phone records. He was calling them c**** and w***es when they answered and demanding to speak with me because he wanted an apology all types of crazy s***. then i was finally like he wants to feels POWERFUL. hang up on him everytime he calls dont give him an ounce of encouragement. everytime he called pick up and hang up and eventually the calls stopped. now after all that they called again today. Ugh these people really dont get it? This time it was a woman the same aggresive tone saying she was calling form a law office. Haha yea right click. I immideately hung up. They called my cell again I blocked the number so they called my office phone I picked up and dropped the reciever. They called about 3 times and gave up so far. That was at about 730 this morning. I have a feeling it wont be the last call I get. THESE PEOPLE ARE CRAZY. Do not give them your information and if they have your back account number CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. Just to be safe. Sorry so long but I wanted to get this out here. Thank goodness I'm bullheaded and broke because the first time they called I probably would have paid it if I had the money. haha.

I received my first call from them today on my cell no. Then they called my work no. and left a message that i could not understand. They called my cell back to back.  I got off from work called them back and some foreign man answered said they were the US legal affidavit services of of C.A. I asked him him what they did. He said notified peiople of on line debts. I asked for his name. He said Mark Brown or Down couldn't really understand him. I told him I never received an online payday loan for 300.00 and he proceeded to tell me I was lying and that I would have to cooperate or pay 5,000.00 after going to court. I told him I need proof  (electronic check no, date it was deposited and proof it cleared)...of this money going to into my account, and they told me they couldn't gve me that info. I told them I have worked collections before and I need a no. for the so called agency owed. they said they could not give that either and hung up on me. I called back repeatedly only to be hung up on and given several different names such as Ray Fleck, Mike "something" again and again...so I called the other no. 818-483-0164 they called from an left a not so nice message stating I was reporting them  and that if anything was taken from my account I would file a case against them.  I told them they had the right one to when they called me. I haven't received a call back since.

These are a bunch of fraudsters that have been robbing my checking account for months.  When they called me before 8am today, the guy said his name was Officer (someone, didn't catch the name) and that he was informing me that a lawsuit was being filed against me for check fraud and internet fraud.

4 weeks ago when I noticied the debits in my checking account, Bank of America told me that these people were committing the theft and and that they would block the access.  Two weeks later these crooks just changed their name and go me again.

B of A had me come in and close my account and open a new one.  They tried to debit me again today but of course could not and that's what prompted there calls to me.  I'm not fool and told them to F off and hung up.  They called back 3 more times immediately.

Bank of America currently has them under investigation as they have pilfered more than a thousand dollars from my account.

They call constantly within minutes of each call.  They are very hard to understand.
Who are these people?

I'm dealing with the same people. I get calls from two different numbers (the other is a 323). They have also started to call family members and harass family members as well.

I even had a woman at the police department call the number. She asked what the agency was and he refused to give her any information unless she gave him her phone number. She stated that she was with the Police and the jerk said he didn't have to answer any questions and hung up!

They're claiming that they are United States Legal Affidavit Services (which doesn't exist - google it) and I've dealt with a Jack Cooper, Mark Brown and Ted Miller. All of them are VERY difficult to understand and one of them was very rude and would yell at me when I would interrupt him to ask questions. They say that I took out a pay day loan from Fast Cash International (the only info I can find on the web about them is consumer complaints about fraud) for $300 and it was never repaid and now they're going to sue me for 3 different charges (including check fraud and the other two I couldn't understand). They did actually have my bank account number (he repeated it BACK TO ME), so I would suggest changing your account numbers if possible.

Keep an eye on all of your accounts and your email accounts too. Report them to everyone you can - local PD, Attorney General, FTC, Internet Crime Complaint Center, Homeland Security - everyone. I want these guys GONE.

These guys have been calling me like 10 times a day, I managed to actually have someone on the line one time claiming it was a law firm that was suing me.  Very heavy accent, hard to understand.  Said they were US Affidavit or something, sounded like a made-up name trying to sound official.  Spoke of debts/loans that I've never made, and I have the bank statements to prove it.  An obvious fraud.

Judy (although I doubt that is your real name) you are obviously working with these scammers and posting a fake message to make the rest of us believe they are a real company and try to scare us into to paying them. Based on the fact that you use fairly correct english - which the people on the phone do not - I am thinking you are an american helping them - you should be ASHAMED of yourself.  These debts they claim people owe can never be traced.  I have had phone calls like this for 4 months, always some middle eastern crack pot giving me a made up america name like James Brown, John Matthews or ron Adams - threatening me with arest and all other kinds of grabage that cannot be done.  Each time I have had hard proof that thises debts are invalid ( my bank statements and when I can find a compoany they say I owe, the company has never heard of me, but they have heard of the scammers.) You can bet each time I get a call I report the names and numbers they are using to the FBI, Homeland Security, the FTC and my state attorney general.  Hopefully you people will be caught and sent to some dark hole to rot.  You people are building up alot of bad juju on yourselves and I can't wait until all this crap and misery you are putting people through comes back to you!

So this guy calls me like 8 times a day... saying his name is Sam Johnson.  Really!? Sounds like your name is Akbhar Vhladimir Muhummad Achoo... or something.  And im like, wow, don't tell me I gotta block this number too.  And what had me dying laughing is that in the voicemail he told me if I don't contact him immediately... 'The cops will come to your house.... and SUE YOU!  So all I can do is bid you good luck.'  What the hell did I do to the cops for them to come to my house and sue me??  I get a kick out this guy but Im filing a police report tomorrow.  How come there aren't any americans in the 'U.S. Legal Department'? LOL

Its true. I called a lawyer even. They told me that i shouldnt even answer calls from them. I have also had messages from several different men all claiming to be "jack cooper"

Well, I am agreeing that they are a fraud, I don't owe them money, and never borrowed money from them, and money was never deposited into my account from these people. They are attached to several different numbers and the incident above about Ceasar is probably just as fake, probably a message from these people to try to put fear into people to pay. EVERY OTHER PERSON ON THESE WEBSITES STATES THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO FRAUD THEM!  All except this person, B***s***!!!!!!!!!!  That message is a fake, come after me. Proof is in the pudding, I have every bank statement ever and I can prove that them and no other payday advance loan place has ever deposited money into my account!!!!

well i dont think this company is a fraud one of my friend named cesar got a phone call from them and due to the comments of this website and whocallsme. website he just talked to them rudely and agreed to dispute the case in courthouse and nothing happened to him till 20 or 25 days so we all were satisfied that they were a fraud but after that he got court summons and was arrested within 2 days and he really had to pay $5488.87 so be aware friends its just a good will from my side after this its all ur decision ok

This company has called me 5 times or more, and when i call them back mr. mark can't give me no info. except that its a loan from five companies that i haven't heard of except cash net and guess what i paid cash net from july 09 to dec. 09. So jack cooper and mark hung up, hung up and hung up. well i called back and when i finally go threw my back to get the company i did for them i faxed them over my paid in full, then i found them on this here, so i dont tread lightly on being harrased and hung up on, i called Jack back whom never gave me his last name and I said : heloo mr. Jack cooper how are you and he says fine, well ha ha i got you there, I told him  i was reporting him for his scam to the better buisness buerau and i was going to make it a point to file papers and claims on him and mr. mark. They have screwed with the wrong miss here. To anyone report report report. Today better be there LAST DAY.. cause i will make a point to fly to Ca. to give them english lessons. Ah HA!! At last I have results about who this scam of a company is!!!!! They claim to be a law firm, they called me and 6:37AM, which of course is NOT RIGHT!!!! I asked for a mailing address and some guy named Jack (or Zach??) couldn't even give me that!!!! That's a HUGE clue that they are nothing but a SCAM!!!!!!


And the voicemail that was left??!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!! Just... wow....
