These guys call from a TON of numbers.  I have received calls from the following numbers:

The calls always start with "Do not hang up.  Your home has been selected to receive..." etc.

I have reported them to the Do Not Call Registry and the FBI.

keep getting these calls and cannot disconnect or press 1 or 2.

Security Solutions continually calls even after I select the option to have my number removed from their list

I got a call from Security Solutions and when I asked the company name again the person on the other end was soooo rude!!!  and he hung up the phone... Good way to do business!!!!  what a cheap company to have to hire such low lives......like that they wont sell anything.
They should respect the no call lists!!!

If somebody invents a phone that only accepts calls from pre-authorized numbers, I'll bet he'd be the next multi-millionaire.

When the federal "do not call" list law passed in 2003 there were many ?loopholes? allowing telemarketers who had a "PREVIOUS BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP" to contact you.  Also every time you sign up for contests and sweepstakes (read the fine print) you waive your right to be on the DNC list for THEM and their AFFILIATES. Another ?foot in the door? for small telemarketing companies is to pretend to be a survey company but really just want to sell you something.  And while they are working on getting the loopholes out of the DNC list they should create a similar DNC list for "Political" and "Non-profit" organization solicitations.  However, since Government and Political are synonymous, we may remain disgruntled for some time to come. :-/

Great info.  We have received this call ALMOST EVERY DAY FOR THE PAST SIX MONTHS.  If you press 1 and answer, all they want is your phone number.  I don't think they are selling anything since it is ridiculous to give you a free home security system and then monitor it for free, unless they are trying to rob you!

I've wondered if they are verifying home phone numbers to sell to marketers or something.

We have this silly key chain with Mr. T saying silly things like "don't make me mad, grrr".  And, "shut up fool".  The last time they called I pressed 1, and played all the sayings into the phone.  Made me feel better.

Security system scam. I wish they would quit calling.

Slime balls, won't stop calling. Apparently owned by Thomas Wayne Luczak, company is SILVER STRAND ENTERPRISES, LLC.  Can't get them to stop calling.  When I ask for a name, they hang up.  I made a complaint to Do Not Call Registry.

Well in the last 2 months i have recieved over 10 calls,they are from all over.They say dont hang up you have won a free GE alarm system press 1 to speak with someone.I have told them over and over again I am on the do not call list,Please stop calling me.Well yesturday they called again for the forth time this week from los angeles i told the guy i have reported them to the FTC already cause you all wont stop calling me.His reply was so! I then told him i guess i will report you again as soon as i hang up.His reply to me was go F..yourself and he hung up.This call was 8pm.They have also called from las vegas nevada and other states they even spoofed their numbers.I dont know how to stop them either.

Didn't bother to answer this one once I saw it was from the west coast & that's where all the "alarm system" scammer calls have been coming from.  Now I just wait to see if they leave a message.  If they don't it means scammer, if they do then it might be a friend.  The drag of this, of course, is that if it's someone I might actually want to speak to then I'm not answering the call.

Robo call which is illegal & also to call someone on a do not call list that's never asked for info or given writtem permission to call.

Get a panasonic land line that has call block.  I already have 20 numbers on mine.

They called my phone number aabiut security system. I notified them that my phone number is listed at GA do not call registry and they did just hang up on me. Warning, this ounds like a big scam operation.

Why should he have to go through that? Bottom line, he shouldn't be harrassed by somebody he doesn't want calling him.
I keep getting calls from these NUTS too. Some a** named Andre hung up on me when I told him I got calls from this place before. That's okay Andre -- I just filed a complaint with the do not call registry, and will file a complaint with the FCC. Also, I will do a *57 on the phone, and after three times, file a complaint with the police and the telephone company for harrassment.

Have you considered getting one of the prepaid cell phones, so you use it only when you need it?  That way you have the security of having a phone, but you can't get calls if the phone's not turned on.

Got call on landline ph at 2:20pm 2/29/12 didn't answer & they left no message on ans mach. Caller ID just showed number, "cell phone" & CA. I also get these calls on my cell ph.Getting mighty tired of these NUTTY people & at age 79 DO NOT NEED this harrassment. Health issues require having ph or I'd get rid of all phs!!!!! Get calls saying "don't hang up, you've been selected for wireless safety system--- then I hang up!!!!There are all kinds of others too.
