If you have a cell and you are worried about minutes just block the call. Not a great solution
but it will save your minutes.

The meds are fake (if they even exisit at all) most times you place an order or even refuse then in a few weeks you get a call from a "DEA or FDA agent"- always with a hispanic accent trying to extort money making acqusations of ordering meds - old scam been going on for over three or four years now - the real DEA and FDA has just begun investagating.
DEA Warns Public of Extortion Scam by
DEA Special Agent Impersonators
The Drug Enforcement Administration is warning the public about criminals posing as DEA special agents or other law enforcement personnel as part of an international extortion scheme.
The criminals call the victims (who in most cases previously purchased drugs over the internet or by telephone) and identify themselves as DEA agents or law enforcement officials from other agencies. The impersonators inform their victims that purchasing drugs over the internet or by telephone is illegal, and that enforcement action will be taken against them unless they pay a fine. In most cases, the impersonators instruct their victims to pay the "fine" via wire transfer to a designated location, usually overseas. If victims refuse to send money, the impersonators often threaten to arrest them or search their property. Some victims who purchased their drugs using a credit card also reported fraudulent use of their credit cards.

if you have ever used a mail order pharmacy at any time in your life they have sold you information to these drug dealers, and the only way to get away from them is too change your phone number

These people are a pain in the a**...they just don't get the message that you're not interested in what they have and they just keep on calling. I've told them time amnd time again - that they have the wrong number but then they get a new number and call back anyway. There has got to be a way somehow to get this to stop. I think I will try answering DEA or something along those lines.

BEWARE~ do not buy anything from these online pharmacys--- also,
if they have your number they will share it with their subsidiarys who are,.....
fake DEA or fake FDA agents threatening you that you bought drugs online illegally. the thing is...
what they inevitably want you to wire $$ for an indosian goverment official- HA HA
thus obtaining your bank info--
they will threaten you overr and over telling you that you will go to jail- or that they will come get you.
i know first hand what these thieves are up to- i actually have a tracer on them.. they will be caught eventually.
SO FIRSTLY
do not buy medication online and
secondly
do not wired or give out any persobnal information.
having worked in the industry i know the FDA and DEA do not call you and have you pay restistution.... the court systems are used BY SNAIL MAIL...
DO NOT BECOME A VICTOM!!!

Right. ... You used to be able to get 120 vicodin for $300 and now they are making it damn near impossible to get that from your "regular" doctor.
I have a cracked vertebra that gives me non-stop issues too....It's not fair that I can't get enough pain relief because these jokers make it impossible for real pain sufferers to get relief without getting investigated.

Get the phonetray free program, set it up on your pc with your caller-id modem and then block them. After that you can pick either a message or disconnected tone to play when they call next.

From now on, I am answering all unknown numbers:
Drug Enforcement. Miller. We'll see what lists I get put on...
If it's someone I do know, I will just explain briefly.

*snort* - NMC, great! I just got another call, didn't answer. I get so many of these it isn't even funny. Congress is so busy making stupid laws that we don't need and that spend billions of dollars for frogs and ants, why can't they spend their time and money taking care of these joeschmoes? We, the called, are being held hostage at all hours of the day and night now. They don't follow the DO NOT CALL lists. Haines sells directories WITH those lists, btw, so if you want to complain to them feel free. We have no recourse, or none that I know of. If I had a relative who got hooked on drugs from one of these companies, I would hunt them down and rip their skin off.
no more calls!!! 2012-01-13 15:49:18 Telemarketer
When you see a number like this or one you don't recognize, answer the phone in a deep, authoritative voice - " Department of Homeland Security, Division of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Special Agent Kick A** speaking" Or "Anti telemarketer County Police Department, Sargent Hard nose speaking", and finally - I always say in a elderly lady voice - Oh honey you have the wrong number but let me tell you about my recent hemorrhoid surgery - in detail............

A follow-up. I'm in Idaho as well. I'm guessing they're running through the 208 area code.
Tim 2011-08-23 15:51:33 Unknown
Automated call from "Wells Fargo Security" - "Your ATM card has been lost. Press '1' to speak to the Security Department." No one there.
Pamela Croft 2011-08-23 15:34:05 Unknown
I also saw a story on the news last night about this... SCAM!
Pamela Croft 2011-08-23 15:30:02 Unknown
I got a call from this number yesterday - August 22 - it was a recording saying they were calling from Wells Fargo and my debit card had been compromised...
Bailey 2011-08-23 13:52:13 Unknown
It's weird to me that if you read the early posts these people were trying to push narcotics and now they're trying a different approach to scam people out of money. They called me at 1:15am today, had called my husband yesterday evening but neither of us answered.
gonzo 2011-08-23 10:52:19 Unknown
I got the same call at 4 am this morning
Maggie 2011-08-23 02:43:35 Unknown
Just got a call saying my Wells Fargo debit card had been frozen. Know this is a scam as I just used it and saw a news story on our local news BEWARE!!!!
Curtis Hopfenbeck 2011-08-23 02:36:58 Unknown
Yeah, I called that number back after missing a call from them, and I got the voicemail of the same Robert Sanders. I think he said Operations Manager of Resale Network, whatever that is. So yeah, just deleting the call from my history and forgetting about it. Seems like it's just another telemarketer that's easy enough to ignore!
pammy 2011-08-23 02:05:11 Unknown
just got a call from the above number, but got to my phone too late to answer it. it is 10pm!
checked the internet re/ this number and came across dozens of complaints about someone trying to sell drugs, etc.
big scam! should be reported to federal authorities!
karen in Boise, Idaho 2011-08-23 00:40:38 Unknown
My husband got recorded message that said Wells Fargo Debit card is frozen. I got same call 2 nights ago, both on our cell phone numbers. I figured it was a scam and hung up.
Carla in Boise, Idaho 2011-08-22 22:50:12 Unknown
8/22/11 Recorded message that says my Wells Fargo Card has been locked and press one to unlock. My husband got the same call on his cell 2 days ago. I don't even have a Wells Fargo Card.
Sydal in Boise, Idaho 2011-08-22 20:37:02 Unknown
Received a call to my cell phone today, 8/22/2011 saying they were from WellsFargo and that my debit card had been suspended.
Chelsea 2011-08-22 16:14:33 Unknown
Got a call from this number at 1am! Not cool.
joninidaho 2011-08-22 16:09:31 Unknown
They are taking a new tack - this time they said that they are Wells Fargo and my debit card was compromised. One problem - I don't have a Wells Fargo debit card. The recording said to hit "1" to talk to their security dept. I didn't do anything and it hung up.
kathy-in-boise 2011-08-22 15:17:08 Unknown
Received a call from this number at 1:30am Sunday morning. Didn't answer but was very annoyed to have my cell ring at that time of day. If it persists I will block on Verizon.
Jerod Ward 2011-08-22 15:06:21 Unknown
This number called my cell phone at 11pm on Sunday night.
anon 2011-08-22 14:30:16 Unknown
Beware. Recorded message saying my debit card had been cancelled. I was to push 1 to talk to someone about it.
Aurora 2011-08-22 13:48:14 Unknown
This number called me at 12:39 am... I didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number, but it sure woke me up. I had to get up for work at 6am this morning... wtf is wrong with these people???
