calls everyday..I never answer and they never leaves a message

I recieve a call from this number at least once a day.  I haven't visited any Miracle Burn or Mypoints site, but maybe my husband did.  It really irritating, because they call around 7am and usually wake up my 5 month old son.

Well i dont remember anything about miracle burn but i did sign up for that mypoints site like someone previously mentioned. I guess thats how my cell was found but still wonder why they hang up eveytime i answer. They call about every cpl a days at unpredictable hours but never bother to leave a message. I had the same problem last month with a different number so i havent tried calling back. Dunno why they bother calling me.

Someone left a comment saying they thought the call was from Miracle Burn and I think they've hit the nail on the head.  I just got a hang-up from this number, and coincidentally, I got two other calls from Miracle Burn this week from operators trying to sell me.  This because I was stupid enough to look around on their site.

They have called me about three times a week for the last month.  Every time I call back they say the number cannot be reached at this time. Most annoying.

OK, add me to the rest of your comments....I have gotten this call 3 times in the last 4 days.  I don't answer calls from people I don't know and wait for them to talk on the machine...but they don't!

I have even gotten a call fairly late at night, waking up my small twins.

HOW CAN WE STOP THIS INSANITY?

They have called me once a day on my cell phone.  I do not answer.  I remember being online and seeing an article regarding Miracle Burn.  Like others I started to complete the questionaire, but backed out of the program when I realized they were going to be charging every month etc.  I didn't complete the order either.  Is it illegal for them to tap into your info when you didn't actually give them permission to do so? or didn't actually submit your info to them?

They have called me three times now - once yesterday morning and twice today. First time I answered but no one was there. Second time I missed the call. Third time I got up from the seminar I am participating in because I was getting irritated that I couldn't call back and there was no way to call through to them (get a "Your call cannot be completed as dialed). It was a woman who said she was responding to my online inquery. I asked her three times where she was from but couldn't understand her due to her VERY heavy accent. Then the call connection was lost. Seems like they are using an online calling system and their connection is horrible. I remember getting an ad through MyPoints for a weightloss system (which might have been Miracle Burn) and started to sign up for the "free" trial but then read the fine print and found out that they were going to charge me anyway. Of course, I didn't complete the order. I'm guessing that's how they got my info.

Recieved several calls from this number,there's never been a message left and when I did answer it was some foreign, and not recognizable voice.  Of course they asked if this was me and I didn't respond, instead hung up.  I have my cell on a NO CALL list for cell phones so why I got this I don't know.  Any ideas of why or what company this is?

I have received a call from this number everyday since 10/12/2007.  Today is the first time I had a chance to answer.  The lady new my first and last name and said she was calling because I did a search online for Miracle Burn (a diet pill) and they notice I didn't place an order.  I'm not sure how they obtained my name or cell phone number. I told her I was not interested and of course she went to the next rebuttal.  I hung up.  But for everyone wondering, it appears to be a solicitation for Miracle Burn.

I just got called didnt know who it was so i didnt answer, they didnt leave a voicemail so i called back and the message said i couldnt make this kind of call from my cell phone so i blocked the call and called from home and the call wouldnt go thgough.

Ah, the old "your call can not be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again." came through when attempting to return the call. There HAS to be a way to get this stopped!! I am a Realtor and have much out of state business; this really sucks.

i have the same problem i get at least two calls a week from this number on my cell phone i never answer the call when it comes thru but when i try calling the number back its busy or it said it a non working number

They keep calling my phone number but I have no idea who they are or what they want. They leave no voicemails and I have yet to answer the phone since they constantly call me while I am at work.

Same  here, I know its a west coast #  and I don't know anyone there, I receive calls  throughout all hours of the day it interupts my work, I wait for a message and none is left, but yet they keep calling back.
What's the bottom line here that we can't get rid of this caller.  The do not call list is not working for this caller !

Got a call and don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.  They didn't leave a message, so I googled the number and came across this.  So just consider this another call among the batch

i recived a phone call in my cell from this number.. i didnt recognized it, and did not answer. I tryed to call back and always it sounds busy.

They have called from 213-537-1406 since 10-3-2007. It appears as unknown caller on the caller ID. I do not answer. Some days they call 4 or 5 times. Does anyone know how to stop them?

I, too, have been pestered with repeated calls from 1-213-537-1406.  I just ignore the call and when my answering machine comes on, they will not leave a message.  I have NOT signed up for any weight loss programs, but I can say one thing, they are very persistent.  Something has got to be done, but what?  We all need help with eradicating this mess.
