Its a scam just got a call right now saying that I owe money and I better pay by today or else I'm getting arrested I just laughed and cursed her out with her middle east accent. Don't pay them no mind just change your number lol

They did me the same way. The day before they said that they were the FBI with a case against me. I called my uncle who IS with the FBI and they toldhim that they never spoke with me.   So when they called back I told them that I was suing them and they left me alone.

Yes i got a call from these people, about the same thing. An afadavit for a for a payday loan.  I was like nice try I haven't written any checks for any payday loan recently. They argue with you. But i argue back, asking for evidence, dates of the transactions, the names of the companies...and why am i sending money to a person not a company... IF THEY CALL YOU requesting to send money to RALPH MARTIN  call the FTC so they can track down these fake scam artist, with middle easter accents.  I basically told them to file a case against me.  And they stop calling

These people claim to represent a law firm out of California and claimed that they had affidavits on me for theft from Cash Advance money lenders. Since I live in New Jersey the first red flag was wondering if they practiced in New Jersey and why from California. Secondly, very indian accents to have last names like parker and smith. And lastly, their so called law firm isnt even listed. I really hope that the Federal Trade Commision crack down on them.
