Received call from an officer James White regarding a legal matter but could not give any information as to what company he was representing

HE IS CALLING ABOUT A CASH ADVANCE YOU OWE AND WILL SUE YOU FOR FRAUD IF YOU DO NOT SETTLE IT

Officer James Lewis call my wifes phone looking for my brother.  Listed to me 3 different crimes that my brother may have commited, and said he would not stop calling me until he gets in contact with my brother.  He even knew his address and everything about him.

this person needs to be stopped. they are colling not only my cell phone but my place of employment.  i have had tpo threaten to file charges and then started calling them back.  they didnt like that too much.

i had this matter on my name but they helped me

They called me at work today about a matter from Cash Advance, I was not surprised i have recieved these calls before in the past and I knew it was a scam as soon as I talk to the guy named Frank Miller. So I played with him and told him he had the wrong person, so he got upset and told me that i would be behind bars. haha really....

yea your right they hate to be played with, called back, even had police call them, i starded calling i got this person that person they kept hanging up,

I also had a man call me from this number today.  He stated his name was James Lewis and that was working for the American Legal Department.  He stated it would be in my best interest to call him back.  He went on to tell me what it was about. This makes my fourth type of call all stating the same thing.  I fell for it the first time due to them threatening my family but then the second time I did some research on the phone numbers, names and company names.  Now when they call I tell either send me the information or give me the company name and phone number or stop calling me.  Of course, they have to have their temper fit with cursing, yelling, and threats.  I guess now that I have blocked this number I will get a call from another number stating the samething.  Hopefully, one of these days this type of low life people will pay and I hope it is very hot!!!!!

they just called askin for my mom, and he said his name was James Louis, but he said to call 530- 535-4657

These people were calling me claiming to be Officers in the American Legal Deptartment. They were saying they were looking for my cousin. She used me as a reference to get loans, and other various things and I have recieved many calls in the past about debt collections. Its so annoying. Well *these* guys basically harassed me to no end, trying to say that she did something fraudulent and if *I* dont call back he will assume I also am trying to evade the situation. Really? Dont threaten me. Idiot.

they called me, alot of oyher people to, i had police call them, they convinced him there legal, they use different names who they are, threats etc, just keep calling them it realy drives them away,
