Left no message on my cell. I don't answer calls unless I know who they are. Assuming a Telemarketer?

You have the wrong company. The Paramount Wireless you displayed is a wholesale accessory company that dose not offer any cellular service or phone sales. How many Joe Smith do you get when you Google it. Think about it.

July 28, 2008. Got a call from caller ID with 0-000-0000 looked suspicious. Let it go into voice mail. Was a "Diana" calling about our Sprint account. She requested I call her back at 888-861-4226 ext. 166. I am the telecom manager at our company. However I have specific people I always work with at Sprint. I called the number and in the automated greetings it says thank you for calling Enterprise Wireless. Just wanted to pass this on as another record of callers that are a waste of our time.

The actual name of the Company is Paramount Wireless. They are as shady as it gets!! They call up directly as Sprint/Nextel but they're not. Since they are an indirect dealer for Sprint, all they need is a Sprint customers phone number and the account name and they can pull up the account information. The best point of action is to call Sprint Fraud dept and report their activity. Call Sprint Care at 800 639 6111 and ask the care rep to put you through to the Fraud dept. The companies info is below. (I googled the number 213-632-0761 and got two different addresses...shady!)

Just an FYI, that number is for a reseller of Sprint/Nextel. They represent themselves as if they are calling you from corporate. They tried to tell me my company was eligible for free upgrades on all my lines of service and when I pushed them on the type of phone and committment, it was the same phone I could get from Sprint directly for free and with a 1 year commitment verses the 2 they tried to tag me with. I informed them I had a corporate account manager and dedicated customer care rep through Sprint and they ended the call.

Female caller Marsha Lee (?); left message to call back at 888-861-4226 x113. Caller ID said 213-632-0761. No reason given for call, just "please call me back as soon as you get this message."

i answered company cell phone and said "hello" she said "hello Michael" (my name) I said "yes". She said she was with sprint nextel and wanted to verify my billing address I told her i do not have a sprint phone (the phone she called is a nextel phone but is owned by the company i work for (How did she know my name). She said she just wanted to verify MY billing address. If this is a bill collector she is not legally allowed to misrepresent herself. I told her to contact my employer for the info she needed. when i tried to call back it went to a fax number

Called house phone (landline) as well as unlisted cell phone. Left no message on either. Not a clue who it could be, certainly no one I know. Odd that they tried the cell phone immediately after housephone.

Called cell phone, got voice mail, could hear activity in background, then they hung up without leaving a message.; Google search shows it to be Global Data Infrastructure
