WIllington University is a diploma mill apparently based in Dubai, UAE.    The only accrediting agency that has granted them certification is the Distance Learning Quality Assurance Agency (DLQAA,) which has been identified as a fake  college accreditation agency by Geteducated.com

Yes, I have received a call from this number about 2 weeks back. I saw an add on facebook that they are offering Degree based on experience. I filled in my application & Some one called me from Willington University. He explained me about the program in detail & I searched & talked to different students they have in gulf region. I got to know all that I saw & heard was true. I have applied for Masters & got my documents & I am so happy about it.

I have no doubts on Willington University. Its Great.

Do you know anyone in the 213 area code? Did they leave you a message? (Your answers should be no, & no). First thing, do NOT call back a number you do not know. Lot's of bad things can happen there. Thank you for reporting it, & for now don't take, or call back, numbers to that area code. Scammers often stick with one spoofed (faked) area code for a while, & then move on.
