Phone numbers can be set up to only connect OutBound Calls. When it gets an incoming call, you get the 'Non-Working Number' message that we are all getting. 99 times out of 100 it's gonna be a SCAM Caller.

same experience as all the rest. Some kind of scammer. Hung up after I answered and won't accept a call back.

I just received a call... tried calling right back and got a message stating "You have reached a non-working number" --- Obviously it works if they are calling me from it :)

they called, i called 2 mins later and message said my call cannot be completed as dialed...

They keep calling with a recorded message when I pick up, or hang up on the answering machine.

Missed call. New scammer startup? TIMING BETWEEN PREVIOUS ENTRY AND MINE WOULD SEEM TO INDICATE THAT'S WHAT THIS IS.
