Company asks you to go to this website but wont answer any of your questions.

don't trust these people I took out a loan with them paid it off and now they call harassing me at home and at work saying I should get a lawyer they are sueing me and they will come to me job to get me!
Don't trust them!!

a 200.00 loan has now cost me well over $1000.00 with this company.
they will not work with you and no one can help when you call. after getting off the phone with one customer service rep another called offering another deal. run from this company

STCAdvance is real they do lend you the money. However there is no contact information other than the phone number and website. But problems trying to contact to negotiate payoff had to close my account.

I too applyed for a loan through this web site. I was called, and told to close all web pages and go to achloan.com. (don't they normaly say www.and then the web page?) Well I tried and nothing it kept saying web page not found etc etc. I was doing all of this with the guy on the phone, and I too had a bad connection. So I was told to try again and once  got it to enter my username and password- user name being my email and password being my last 4 of my social. I tried off n on all night and got nothing. So I got up this morning and tried once again and pretty much got the same thing and more, and am happy now that I came accross this little blog site. Thank you all for saving my skin. I will not try it again .

Caller left message asking for my social security number.  They called like 10 times! Ridiculous.  This is a scam and needs to be stopped.

Caller told me I was preapproved for a loan.  He said his name was Raul.  Advised him that I would have to call back due to bad connection.  Called back and a message said to go to achloan.com.  No such website.  Typed in the number and came up with these posts.  I did apply with a loan but the page said the call center was currently closed and a representative would contact me tomorrow morning.

just out of curiousity, did your bank stop the ach's from being drafted. these people are idiots. (and i am an idiot for trusting them)

* i had GREAT problems understanding the representative
* they screwed up my pay dates from the beginning and are constantly drafting on the wrong dates therefore causing me to incur NSF fees
* i cant get a hold of these jerks

I received approval for a $200.00 loan and some person that I could not understand stated that I was approved and the money was sent to my account in April.  However, since then I have been debited 74.00 at least three times and I my login/password will not work and there is no way to speak to customer service rep. I have told my bank to stop all payments to this company.  I believe I have been scamed.

I did the same thing.  I put a stop payment on my account and when their debit was rejected by the bank, they issued the same debit under another debit number.  Please be careful, I'm fighting with the bank evean as we speak because npw they want me to dispute the transaction.  FOR WHAT!!!! This so called company is taking money out of my account illegally and now the bank wants me to dispute a stop payment that was put on last month.

I took out a loan from stc advance. They called me in April 2008 and said that I had been approved for 200.00 and they sent it to my bank account. They have taken out 4 payments of 74.00 and are still taking out  money. I tried to call there phone number today 6-20-08 and the phone won't ring in.

I made the unfortunate mistake of getting a 200.00 loan form these people  they were to debit my account every two weeks. I was hospiltalized and had not worked but two days. I tried to contact them that the funds would not be there for their next debit. They claimed that they did not receive the message and began debiting my account every week costing me 35.00 per attempt.They would make three attempts each time.  Even if you had gotten in touch with them it would not have done you ay good.Long story short I had to close my account. Do not do business with any payday loan company until you've checked them out first.

I GOT A CALL SAID I WAS APPROVED AND NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING ELSE.THEY ARE JUST DEBATING MY ACCOUNT AND COSTING ME MONEY.THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS ARE EMAILS.

THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME BUT THEY ALSO SENT OUT A LETTER PRIOR TO ME APPLYING ONLINE THAT SAID THAT I WAS PRE-APPROVED. I ALSO RECEIVED $200 IN MY ACCOUNT HAVE BEEN CHARGED $48 DOLLARS EVERY WEEK SINCE I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT. CAN NOT CONTACT ANYONE ABOUT THIS LOAN AND CAN NOT LOG ON EITHER.

stc call me stated approval has been made only to find out they wasnt the one who gave me loan and now debit my account for forty eight dollar and can not contact them so i have to close my account

I did apply and received my money, but now every time I call to cancel I keep getting the message system.  I have left them several messages and no one has called me back. Every time I try to log on the website I keep getting a log in failure error.  I even left a message threatening to cancel all other authorizations on this account.  They approved me for 200.00 so if they do not respond by my next cycle I am issueing stop payments on them.  Because they would have gotten their 200.00 plus interest by the time they do their next transaction.

I recieved a call on my work phone stating to also go to the website.Before perceding to the website i checked 411.com and the phone# 213-725-5236 is a CELL PHONE.I have already been scammed once by a loan company out of $1200 !!!

Completed online application for loan then immediately my home phone and cell phone went off from 213-725-5236, spoken with a woman I could not
understand, telling me to go to this website that did not work. Then when
I told her I could not understand her and not to call, I received several
other phone calls with the automatic msg regarding going to this website.
A little nervous now, my info is out there.

I received a call, was told to log one to site, nothing happens.  They aren't real.  They're scammers.  Still waiting for my 200.00.

i too like dede mentioned above of her incident that they needed was the email as my user password and the last 4 of my SS# as the password. Im not too kin on their login. Call recievrf 4-22 at 1:06pm #213-725-5236 Los Angelas ID-41 spoke to a women by the name of frances..????

Got the call. gave my info, then waited 20 minutes for a call that never came. So in light of this I have changed all account information.
I have credit monitoring so they can't use my SSN for squat!!!!!
Yeah. They're fake.
