I received two calls from this number (on my cell! How did they get that number?) so I called back from an online number that I use for such occasions. Reached a voice mail with a man's voice giving very detailed information about market research. He said that they weren't trying to sale anything just wanted to conduct consumer research and gave this website (www.convergys.com) for more info.

no point in DNC registry this.  If you do business with a company it doesnt count under DNC rules and regs.  eg  rent a car/truck from Enterprise and they follow up with call.

I have a business cell phone. I keep getting calls from this number CONSTANTLY. It is annoying. They wake me early in the AM. I answer it a few times and nobody is there. I treied calling it back from another phone and it doesn't even ring. I am on the DO NOT CALL registry so what do I do now?

I got Ben Johnson from HomeSecurity group. This is the second time he has called. The first time he called I kept asking very specific questions. One of the questions I asked was, "What is the name of your supervisor?" After asking this Ben replied with, "Yes." I repeated my question again, very calmly (even apologized since I thought he may not have heard me) requesting his supervisors NAME and Ben responded again with simply, "yes." I asked other questions like what was the best time to call back to speak with a supervisor and what was the best number to call, if he was working with a call center that was contracted by Home Security group or if he was affiliated with them directly. He gave me the same answer "yes" and then told me to call 866-290-1970 which is a bogus number (doesn't even ring). I told him to remove me from the list and he said, "yes."

The second time he called, I reminded him that I told him I had asked to be removed and again asked to speak with his supervisor. He explained that his only "responsibility" was to find out if I owned the home I lived in or not and I simply needed to answer him. He told me if I had any questions and needed to speak to a "specialist" regarding their security systems to call the 866-290-1970 number he gave me last time. By this time I'm sure this is a scam and I certainly wouldn't answer him. I asked to be removed from the list again and asked again for a supervisor I could speak to directly. I received no response and the call disconnected.

There was a lag in his response time so I'm thinking he is using Skype for these types of calls- I could be wrong though.

Called once yesterday and again today. Didn't pick up and no message was left.  Caller ID just shows Los Angles CA

Just got a phone call to my cell from this number 213-725-5376.
They offered me a free home security system installed if I let them install it on my house as an
example for other customers.

I know ads for 'free' are a hook.
I said I already have a home security system ( although I don't).
He asked if it was under constant remote monitoring or something, as said no need,
and to excuse me cause I am working and hanged up.

I figure this could be someone getting info to rob you, so be careful, don't give info about security, or
say you have one already. click.

Got a call from this number on my call today.  After listening to a few words, I realized it was a sales call and hung up.  My cell number is on the do-not-call list.  I am going to check and see if I can block these calls or perhaps even take action under the do-not-call rules.

Got a call from them at 6:16 last night, right at dinnertime.   Didn't get name of company, couldn't hear very well.    The caller was saying he was looking for a home in our neighborhood where they could show their product (an old come-on for aluminum siding sellers, etc.).    Told him we're on Nat'l Do Not Call List, and would report him, which we did.

Received a call on my cell.  Caller said his name is Ben Johnson from Home Security Group and he got my # from an online 3rd party.  I asked who and he said I could call their personnel dept at 866-290-1970.  Called that # and was unable to complete call.

What sort of idiot repeatedly calls the wrong number. I think it is a telemarketer but he is calling a company owned cell phone. They have called about four times now. Yesterday they actually talked (from the history) and it was someone named Ben trying to sell me a GE Alarm System.
When will companies realize that botheringpeople with sales calls puts them at the bottom of the list of people to use when they really need the service.

I have received a call every day now with no message for three days

They've called 3 times for the past 2 days. Tried calling back 3 times but no answer... Kinda creepy!

They called me, and they didn't leave a message so I keep trying to call them back, but this number is always busy. What's up with that?

Just reported to DoNotCall registry.  I've been registered since 2008.  Three calls in the past two days from this number.  Get circuits are busy message when calling back.

it's some idiot Hector from American Debt Solution calling my boss - we are a business. Like my boss needs this $12 an hr jerk to make her a deal

They have called my cell phone twic a day for the last week. I call back and the line ia always busy.

I picked up this call on my cell - it was some home security sales call (it took them probably about 15 to 20 seconds to actually start the recording). No human - just computer.

Please register them with the Complaints department at the DO NOT CALL registry, per PapaJohn's post above.  Need to get this number disconnected.

Keep getting call from this number asking if I want to advertise for a free security system

Just got a call from a guy about a home security system. Told him I have one.  Won't take no for an answer - I hung up on him.  Annoying

When answered it indicated the caller from the above number was calling again???!!!!  Unless someone set something up using my personal info for an account, have not a clue why a debt collector or anyone would be calling.  These callers are using up my minutes.
