Called my cell at 5pm central time. No message. I rented a car from enterprise last week so that would explain it.

I recently received a call from this unknown number. I recently (several weeks ago) was surfing the enterprise website thinking about renting a car, but never did. A little freaky that they are calling me on my cel phone when I did not execute a transaction with them, so the whole Customer Service and survey thing doesn't sit right. Feels more like a "use-your-debit-card-at-Target" kind of thing.

National, enterprise and alamo all owned by same company. I rented from alamo a wk ago and this was a call from customer satisfaction company. Interesting, in that I had been unhappy with alamo and had told rental agency of my displeasure when I returned it (dirty car, half filled gas tank and a large car substituted for my ordered small car). Next day they called my cell, apologized and gave me a free rental day on next order..but it was from the local rental ###.

I didn't pick the call up but I've been reading that a lot of you have rented cars and have been receiving calls as well. I rented from enterprise. This number has called me at least 10 times since I turned the car in a couple weeks ago. It's rediculous!

This is Enterprise Holdings (aka Enterprise rent-a-car, aka National, aka Alamo). its a customer service call from Enterprise Holdings most likely regarding a recent rental or (even) if you purchased a used car from them recently. They take customer service very seriously there and the managers are even compensated on how high (or low) the customer service score is for his/her location.

Just received a call from this number. I, too, rented a car this past week, but it was from National. Guess multiple rental car agencies use this survey company. Seems now whenever you rent a car, get a hotel room, order online, etc., you are asked to spend more of your time answering a questionnaire. We should all receive some sort of discount for our time and inconvenience toward the next time we utilize their services.
