computer called and said my credit card had been compromised. "hit 1 to speak to a secuirty officer about your card."
total bs. it was a computer, it never stated the bank name of the card (simply "card" as though there is only one credit card), and when i didn't hit one it hung up after about 3 seconds.
don't hit 1.
don't give any information.
if a cc company calls you they will have your info already. you can always hang up and call your bank through a known number to make sure it is not a hoax.
there is unfortunately a large amount of scum in the world. 1-213-778-7794 is the number of one or more of them.

Keep getting calls from this number, no one on the other end, they even call my cell phone.
