This number is used by an Indian call center affiliated with DebtCareUSA aka National Debt Bureau/National Debt Care Group, Inc.

Called to advise that i had won digital camera. When I told them that I do not want the camera & to remove my name from their list they hung up on me. They have called before without leaving a message & when i call them back I get a disconnected message.

Receiving repeated calls from this number.  I dont answer because it says it is a private number and I dont know the phone number.  No one leaves a message.  I called the number and it says not in service.

Answered call, no one there.  Called back, recording said it was a non-working #?? Odd.  I think aliens have invaded the planet and are using disconnected cell #'s just to freak us out...damn them!  ;-)
