These people call the house and the caller id shows eugenio salager. I have a very ill brother in law in the 213 area and I answered because I thought maybe something happened to and it was Pinnacle Financial. They are garbage collectors trying to collect on a 15 year old debt that was paid.

That number calls up to 5 times a day. Starts at 8:00 am and stops at 9:30 pm. Never leaves a message, or there is no one there when I pick up. I live in Tx so that means they start at 6:00 am.

They call several tiimes a day and usually twice in a row... I don't answer the phone cause I don't know the number... They never leave a message either...

Caller ID says Eugenio Salagar. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. If they need to reach me, they will leave a message. No message left, so they don't need to reach me. No need for me to try to call them back, either.

Unfortunately i have learned it i dont know the # i dont answer. When i filed a complaint with the FTC the calls stoped for a while but have now started up again and i will file another complaint if they dont stop.

I answered after two rings on my cell. Said "Hello" several times and didn't receive any response so I hung up. Now that I've googled it and see that it's a harassment type of company that I know nothing about, I will block them.

I've tried to pay these people through the mail and the website. When I bring that up over the phone, they act like I never communicated it. I just want to pay them off and be done with it - it is Pinnacle Financial Group. I owe from a CC debt they purchased and it is on my credit report. I'm going to cross report to the FTC and then Western Union them the money so I have proof I paid. Sheesh.
