It is a company who claims to be helping people with the bills and ask for you ss# asking them not to call back is fruitless they don't listen so report them to the do not call list

I HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS CALLS FROM ACCESS ENERGY CONCERNING MY ELECTIR/GAS BILL, HAVE TOLD THEM NOT TO CALL ME AND REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM THE LIST - I AM NOW CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERL ON THIS MATTER

Called and said they wanted to s/w the person who handles the National Grid bill. Nat'l Grid is the utility for upstate NY. Gave me 888-864-5212 to call back.
