I was charged $10.72 from www.etechplay.com & I need to get me money back. I have never heard of this company.

This company has got into my back account 2 times in only four months.  So, EVERYONE IF THEY ONLY DID IT ONCE, THEY WILL DO IT AGAIN.   I am trying to find out informaiton on getting this site shut down.  So if any one can help information please feel free to email me.  cnaregar@aol.com  Remember is they got you once, they have your account information.  I am contacting the BBB also about this company.

The same thing just happened to me! Glad I found this forum since my husband isn't home and I thought maybe he had made the charge. I was charged $ 9.46 by WWW.ETECHPLAY.COM OXNARD, and when I visited the site, I thought it probably wasn't a real charge since neither me nor my husband plays video games. Luckily I bank through Citibank and they were amazing and are overnighting me a new card at no charge. I'm just glad I found it before they made a bigger charge. I think it's sad that this is the world we live in now though, where thieves just steal from whoever they want. We already had our debit card copied several years ago and someone in Mexico withdrew $300 from our account. It's not fair when law abiding citizens like my husband and I, and I'm sure the rest of us on this thread, are victimized.

I just got hit with a charge of more then 9 dollers, called the number and the rude lady hung up on me and then when I called back same women told me maybe she could help. Called my bank I have to wait till it "hits"my account then they will do the whole fraud thing. I even tried calling the BBB but then I read that they are in russia, that wont help :( I will be telling everyone to watch out for these scums of the earth.

This is the second time how can I stope them from getting in my acco.

I call my bank on friday August 24, 2012 find out ETechplay.com take out 10.73 out my account. How there got my account dont know. Call them on Monday August 27,2012 she telling me I order game pertecher. Never heard of this company. So please ,Stop taking my money.

Deduction of $ 7.57 had been made from my account fraudulently on 08/14/2012. The web and telephonic information recorded in the transaction is WWW.ETECHPLAY.COM 213-814-2758.
How my account has been accessed I am unaware of that.

Hit my Regions for $10.03 on 7/31/2012.  I reported it to Regions fraud department, and the card they used is now cancelled.  They have a "hot list" and this scammer is on it.  The best consolation is the penalty THEY will be hit with when they finally get busted - and they will!  Keep a watchful eye on your account... and by the way, the Regions people were awesome.

I have a pending charge on my bank account from www.ETECHPLAY.com for $10.32 that appeared today (07/31/12). I took the same actions as all of you. I reported my card lost/stolen, even though I still have my card and the only things I pay online are bills that I have been paying for over a year. It's night now, but I will be visiting my bank tomorrow. I did send them a secure email though. The funny thing about my situation is on Sunday, 07/29/12, I noticed a pending transaction on my account from a 'Seven Hills Properties' for $47.97. Since it was the weekend, I sent an email to my bank. I worked yesterday (Monday 7/30) for a 24 hour shift, so I was unable to check my email or my account until today. So today when I checked it the charge from Seven Hills Properties was no longer on my account. The email from Regions told me to wait until the charge cleared, then call the company to try to get it straightened out. She said that their number was not showing up since it was still pending. So I was very relieved to see it was no longer there. But just a few hours later the etechplay.com charge showed up. I'm as frustrated as all of you, and I would really like to see something done about this. I noticed the ones of you that stated who you bank with and there were several of you who are either with Regions or US Bank. I bank with Regions, myself. Maybe we can figure out where the common link is. I saw that paypal was mentioned also. I think one of my bills uses paypal. I also saw WalMart a few times. I have a WalMart card, and that is one of the bills I pay online. I haven't used my card for anything recently, however. So this is very confusing to me. It has been a month since I have used it online. But I wont be doing this with my new card. I just hope my entire account is not compromised. I am very interested in any ideas anyone has as to why this is occuring. Also, if anyone has heard of Seven Hills Properties I would like to know. It is very confusing to me as to why that charge has dissappeared. Im happy it has, but Im still worried about how they got my info. The email from the bank stated that they had my correct card number, my correct name, and the correct expiration date. I refuse to make it this easy for these people. We have to make a stand. You were hit twice?  Each time after changing your card?  I went to my Internet Security company and while the address listed for these thieves is Calif. I noticed in very small print  Site Location: Russian Federation.???

They took me for $8.17.  I thought putting a stop on my bank card (where they got it from) would end this.  Your comment frightens me!

same s*** here , looked at my account and $10.96 stolen, I do not buy online, so I have no  clue on where this company got my info. Informed my bank they said I have to f****n call them, they have a phone number but will not respond. I have emailed thier support email with a nasty note and demand for my money back. we will see.

I just saw this charge on my credit card. I called to report it immediatly. I have no idea of how they got my account, my card is never out of my home, & no one has access to you.

If this happens to anyone else, call bank have block put on card.

Samething happenned to me, I have a charge for $10 on my bank account from this gaming company. All i get is an recording saying call back later!!!!!

I made a purchase on eBay this morning 7/17/12 paid with bank card through PayPal  then set up a PayPal account with same bank card and several hours later was hit with 10.13 charge from etechplay .com they have to be hacking in on eBay or PayPal transactions to steal your info. With all the so called secure  on line transactions these days nothing is safe online I hope they rot in hell because they want get another dime from me.

I checked my bank account today and saw a charge for $8.92 from www.etechplay.com. I have never heard of this company.   I went to the bank and they said I have to wait for the charge to clear and then I can apply for the money to be refunded.  In the meantime, they have cancelled my bank card and have reissued a new card.  I'm not sure how this company got my information.  It appears that this fraudulent company takes less than $10 each time,(thinking that most people will not miss it) but think about how much money they are stealing from us when you add up all the incidents together.  I know that I work hard for my money as I am sure you all do as well.  It is a shame that there are people out there that think that stealing from us is an okay way to earn  their money.

Just spoke with US Bank about this, and they will have to shut the card down... ANNOYING.

Been reading all the complaints against these sheisters. Used my debit card(US BANK), at a restaurant for Sunday breakfast. The ONLY charge made. Checked my account online, and realized that this charge(7.34) went through 1 second before the restaurant's legitimate charge. Calls to the number are answered by a machine stating not available now, please call back later.

Found a charge on my credit card this am from them by checking my bank account

I recieved a call from this number on July 8, 2012. I later found a charge of $10.31 on my Government Social Security Benefit ATM Card. I found this charge on July 11, 2012. I did not answer this call, as I don't answer calls from ANYONE I don't know. I have no idea how this charge was made on my card. Please advise as to what I should do about this. This 'darling little company'  seems to be CHEATING and BILKING a lot of people with small amounts on debt or credit cards.  BEWARE of any strange charges.  Mine was 'only' 7.84....BUT I NEVER let a CROOK Get away.

most people do not bother to read the terms and conditions of the websites they place orders on.

When you do not read them - you get hit with "Authorized" charges to your credit/debit cards, because by placing your order you give them permisssion to do so, whether you read the terms and conditions or not. You AGREED to them regardless as part of using the website.

Special offers also have thier own T&C's separate from that of the online retailer - these are generally Negative option contracts for worthless membership programs with monthly fees.

I got a charge on my Visa from them....and DID NOT EVER charge anything like this.

I just got a automatic deduction from bank account for them also and so know I have to cancel my bankcard and wait 7 to 10 days for my new bank card...I am smoking mad and want to know how they got my debit card # ....

I had a scam on my debit card. $6.77 dated June 18, 2012. I want it replaced into my account and want to know who is using my card number! This is the second time it happened. You already have my account number--replace it immediately! retha.shrout@att.net

Hit our account for 10.02 on 7/5/12.  Regions says they keep running numbers until they find one that works. They start off with a small charge and then hit you for the big money.   Stupid morons. Get a life and a real job.  This is the second time in six months we've had to cancel our card.

I too have been scammed by www.etechplay.com.  They billed me for $9.72 this month.  I had to go through the hassle of disputing the charge and getting a new credit card.  Trust me, it was a hassle.  I was on hold with my credit card company for 20 minutes waiting to talk with customer service.  The last thing I want to hear while being on hold is a Xylophone solo. Pure misery.

I too have a care credit card but mine is being charged to my walmart debit card. I also have another one from soneone else. It is taking forever to have them taken off my card. I am unemployed and need every cent I can get. How do I fix this. HELP
