received a call from someone w/ an India type dialect.  He just said Hello,l Hello and hung up.  However, My bank account got hit for about 800.00 about 3 weeks ago after i received a familiar call, but the number was blocked that time.  He had my personal info and ordered bunch stuff off the internet in a few minutes.  Luckly my bank changed account number immediately the next morning
