He has a lot of crappy books on Amazon.  His real name is Harry J. sherbondy, Jr. He resides in cedar city, Utah at present and claims to work with an "assistant of 5 years" named Angie (or Angela Horvath) running a bogus business called "epubWealth.".  His crimes involve RICO violations among many others over many years.  Want to see a fairly recent video of him, where you can hear his voice?  Search for "cons on a bus.  Prisoners ride alongside passengers."  It is written by Noah Pransky.  Harry took Noah's name as one of his many pen names for his crappy self published books on Amazon.  Avoid like the plague-especially if you are a woman.  He has a Jeckyl/Hyde personality.  He will be sweet, but cross him and he will regale you with his team of lawyers who will sue you into oblivillion...of course there is no team of lawyers (public defenders maybe).

I am trying to post this message on all the different blogs against Jay so pardon the redundancy.  Basically I am interested in starting communication with all of you, who are willing, who have been trying to get this guy stopped.  Obviously by all the posts he is actively engaging in this and doesn’t seem to want to stop.  But there are some people out there who may be in a position to get this guy slowed down if not stopped.  He is and has hurt a lot of people and when I say hurt I mean financially devastate.  So what I am offering is a safe, confidential way to get in touch and start talking about what we know and can do.  I have set up an anonymous email address that I am willing to take emails at and open up some dialog.  Now I’m not stupid and realize that you may be suspicious of me being Jay and trying to out people so I will not ever ask you your identity in our private emails and will give you my identity first if we decide to share that info.  Please email me from a free anonymous account so there is no worry of being identified and so that issue can be taken off the table so we can just talk.  I also realize some of you that post are really pissed so please don’t take this as an insult but I don’t want to deal with jerks just as much as you probably don’t want me to be a jerk.  Let’s agree to not be jerks!  And as for Jay who I am sure is reading this….please please do your best to mess with me because I know you will do what you can to try and figure out who this is.  My best advice to you sir is to stop what you are doing and go underground and stay there.  Because you are going to get caught again, its just a matter of time.

I had been getting calls from this number multiple times a day, never answered since I didn't recognize it and they never leave a message.  I added the number to my call rejection list through my voip provider.. now started to get calls from 213-976-5100, listed the same way on caller id as Inf Provider CA.. that number is now also listed on call rejection.  Just wondering how long till they start from yet another number.

Today, they called my number 9 times.  It it my work phone, so i think it is being blocked since it will only barely ring a tenth of a second, then hang up.  Maybe because I have a VOIP phone.  They've been calling me for the last month or so, so I would guess they would get the hint by now and stop trying.  I'll have to figure out how to block it entirely.

This company/person has called several times in the past week  for my room-mate who is retired, disabled and basically broke.  Won't talk to me, won't leave a message.  If they are looking for a corporate head, they are very lost.

Just called me and tried to get me to subscribe to CIO magazine. I said no thank you and hung up.

They called me numerous times at work without any messages. I was finally able to answer it today.  A man claimed I subscribed their magazine which I've never heard of was trying to collect info about you and your work.

More of the same.  Didn't answer, no message left.  You'd think they'd learn.

I received a call from 213-976-5000 on my work phone.  Since I was on the phone at work, the number showed on caller ID, whomever called did not leave a message.

Number looked hinky (anything 976 in it looks suspicious).  Didn't answer.  No message left.  Glad I didn't answer it.

Called and asked for me.  (WOW! Whatdoyaknow!)  They must have had their headset on backwards because I could hear the call center in the background better than the person trying to speak.  I said I can't hear you and hung up.  They didn't call back.

they just called me here in Vancouver BC but hung up as I answered.

I don't know how this company got a hold of my cell #. It's a pay as you go. My phine rings every day at the same time. I don't pick up, but darn, it's annoying, hering it ring every morning.

Everyday @ 14:00 hours +- they call, leave no message, no answer. I really hate having to go after these morons myself, but I do, and when I meet up with them, they are made an offer they can't refuse.

If our answering machine picks up, they hang up.
How can we get this person to stop calling? We are on the do not call list but this one has managed to slip through anyway.

Just got the call myself today at my work number.  I didn't answer since I figured it was a solitication.  No message was left.

Received several calls from this number, but they never left a voicemail.  We have a Skypephone and the number is not listed anywhere (I love Skype), but we still were called repeatedly.  I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, and a reverse directory search brought up nothing.  A Google search, however, brought up lots of similar complaints about this number.  I just blocked the number on Skype, so they won't be calling from that number anymore.  By the way, it IS true that 976 numbers used to be used for sex lines in California.  I do not know if that is the case anymore... but I wouldn't call it, just in case.  They used to bill $3-$5 per minute on those things!

Got calls at place of business day after day for over & week & no msg left. Decided to pick up yesterday & they asked for a friend of mine & when I said "Who are you looking for? No one here by that name" they hung up. How could they be looking for my friend at my work? Is it a coincidence? Where do they get the info? Anyone know? We both are baffled!

I received a call from this number today myself but no message. They called me at my place of business but now that I know this number i'm not going to be picking it up at all.

Somebody called but left no message.

Today (09/01/2009) I decided to pick up the phone.  It was some by the name of Nancy Gonzalez (sp?) trying to send me a hardcopy of CIO Magazine.  I declined a couple of times and she promptly went away.  Let's see if I get another call from them.
