Dont give these people any information i fell for their scam recently. Come to find out once a month since then someone has been trying to charge motels in various places to my CC.

Go to the FTC website.  Read up on bogus debt collection scams.  Also search for the consumer's guide to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act so that you understand your rights and what collection agencies can and cannot do to collect on debts.

yes888-669-3708 it's a scam.. you may have paid the loan already through one company and many different companies try to collect so if you have already paid be warry...

Received a call at my parents number and was looking for me.... I have not lived at my parents house since the year 2000..
Left a reference number #HM******* something.

Said that I need to call them back before the end of the day.. lol...

UGH this is really frustrating and starting to make me look bad! Apparently someone opened a few loans in my name online and now these companies keep harrassing me, my friends, and my old work! They have left several messages at my previous job which those messages were all heard by the managers, and they called one of my friends which I haven't talked to in over a year telling them they are a lawyers office looking for me and if I don't contact them they are going to sue me! These people are making me look like I'm in serious trouble and it's upsetting me!

3685 Harlem rd. Buffalo, NY 14206.  716-748-6269  is good numeber to reach the owner. They go by B.S.A,, Bernstein Seigal & Associates. They also like to use Burk & Meyers. They are nothing but a collection agency. They will not sue you. I know a person that works there. They get a bonus check if they collect enough money. They also use an internet phone system so it looks like they are in different states. Other numbers they use are:
213-995-6219, 302-380-7512, 804-420-4845, 877-617-8222. They have several others. I called the 213 area code then the 804 area code and the same girl answered bothe lines. Pretty good she can be in Virginia & California at the same time! Do not give them a dime! The owner has been in prison, you would have to be crazy to give them any thing other than a ceist & desist letter.

Also: call their landlord and let him know what kind of business is being done from his building: 716-542-9771.  I'm sure he will get sick of the complaints. He doesnt even know that they are a collection agency.

I received a call from a man who said he was at GMG or GNG.  He wanted to know I hadn't paid a loan at a Cash and Go.  I didn't know what he was talking about.  He had my name and that was all.  None of his information matched anything about me.  He said he would do more investigating and hung up.

Received a call for my ex that hasnt lived here since 9/07, He Said his name is Reginald White with gateway mediation & needs took talk to him by the end of the day....

I just received call awkwardly for someone I knew but since I've had. This number have.nt been in contact.   They claims to be a internal. Revenue agent for the gmg. I don't know what gmg is supposed to stand for but I call bulll puckey.   I ran the number with Google. And was reffered to this very informative website now I dunno if I should
Open another.  Post but oddly enough the call I received just previous was a scam I believe also. Different. Number samescamming bull.   I don't know how these crepes get such detailed info. But I try to reference any site that I'm needing to puth personal info. I try to find it at least 3 different places useing different search engines. Before makeing another move

Called saying they were Internal Investigator Jones. Sounded like they were a police official. I called the number back. It was a company called GNG. Her extension is 112. I hung up after getting the name if the company. Collection agency.

This number called asking for some woman.  Acted like we should know this person.  Did not identify who they were.  Said they were searching for her and asked several times... "are you sure you don't know this person?"  Also said they use the same data base as the police to find people.  Not buying it!!  My guess - a collection agency.  BEWARE to this company... I will mess with you just for my own entertainment.  :)
