I'll make this as brief as I can.
I have been receiving calls from this number for about 2 months. If I don't recognize a number, I don't answer the call. The caller never left a message.
I received a call from my accountant today (he has my Power Of Attorney).
He informed me that he had just gotten off the phone with the IRS. They had been trying to contact me to inform me of an audit.
They called my accountant from the same number they had been calling me from.  
214 000-6076.

I am getting calls at home from 214 000 0000 on my home phone.  You cannot return the call.

Obviously a spoofed mumber - There is no such thing as 2140000000

They recently started calling about once per day, no messages.

That number comes up on my phone with the cognomen "Texas Call" I never pick it up but since other's try and get a hang up it remains a mystery.  It could be somebody confirming telephone numbers for future data mining and various attempts to telemarket or otherwise extract money.
Given however, the polymorphic versatility of the human gonatrophic vector, it could just as well be somebody sitting forlornly alone on his Father Damian-type cot with his fingers wrapped tightly around his organ of generation.

Unsolicited calls even though I am on Do Not Call Register

This annoying calls started a couple days ago, call every morning, never leave a message, and I never pick up because its obviously a spam call.  Very annoying!

Just got a call from 214-000-0000...did not leave a message...not sure what it is.....could be a collection agency of some type.

Call came from a female, and ask for a Renee (wrong number). Then she says, "I do"? And said I'm sory.

I've received a dozen calls from this number in the last 24 hours.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.  Sometimes the phone only rings once, other times four times before the machine picks up.  No messages are left.

In the last three months, I've received a lot (excess of hundred) of similiar calls from different numbers
, but again, I don't pick up and there are never any messages left.  Very annoying.

I received a call today from this number.  A lady said she was from the Longhorn Association then she hung up.

After ignoring repeated calls from 214-000-0000, I finally answered one.  Asked who was calling and a vey nice lady said she was calling from the Longhorn Network (Univ. of Texas tv network); asked if I was a cable subscriber and which cable provider; told her I had ATT Uverse, and she said ok, thank you for your time.
Probably trying to get other cable subscribers to lobby their cable companies to take the Longhorn Network, which ATT now does.

I get calls from this phone number 214-000-000 several times each night and there isn't anyone on the other end. Why do they call over and over but don't answer?  I would like to be able to block the number.

I've got everyone beat, a call every 7 min. I have it on call block if they weren't so dumb they would take the hint.

receive   calls about q 15 min   all day   doesn't matter whether you answer or not      they keep calling ? what can be done?

Are you sure it wasn't west whiteland city  which a lookup says is a township in Pennsylvania?

We keep getting calls from this number (214-000-0000 continually and no one is there and or they never leave a message.  Is there anyway to get this stopped.  It is very very annoying.  I haven't a clue what company it is. It shows caller unknown on our caller ID

214-000-0000 is used by some rectal orofice in Dallas, Texas.  I am personally boycotting EVERYTHING from Dallas, ESPECIALLY DALLAS COWBOYS

Lady asked for my husband. I asked reason for calling. She said she is doing research.  I advsd her we do not do research or survey calls to permanently take our phone number off of her call out list please. She said she would do that.  I said thank-you and hu.

Got a call. Woman asked what cable company I used. I told her Time Warner. She asked if I was a Texas Longhorn fan and wanted to watch the games. I told her I graduated from a college in Ohio. She hung up.

I got call from this number and asked me to pay tax of "west wideland city "(?) with the envolop I will receive.
I donot know the city.where is it?

I ask her number she told me 888
210 8757.  but my phone displays her number is 2140000000. when I ask where is "west wideland city " ? she said she will check to see if she call the right person and hang up.

I've gotten that same story! but before i knew it was a fake number i freaked that an inmate had my number... these terrible people must be stopped!
