We don't have any credit card debt!  And they keep calling here, too, saying "this is your last chance"...I am really annoyed by the caller ID showing "Wireless Caller"!!  That is deceptive!

We have all our calls forwarded to a Skype number because it allows us to easily block annoying callers.  As soon as I saw the area code on this one, I didn't pick up the phone.  They seemed to have left a message, but all it was, was 14 seconds of nothing.  Glad I checked with whocallsme.

Same recorded nonsense threatening a loss of credit and offer to lower interest rates. Live agent with bad grammar hung up before I could finish telling  her that my number was on the do  not call list.

Received several messages from 214-208-7037 advising that it was my last opportunity to reduce my credit card debt. I just received a call from 502-718-8814 and received the same message. The name listed in the caller Id was Terrazas, Felicia.

Annoying recorded message about lowering my interest rate on credit cards.  The recording says it's the last notice, but it certainly is NOT the  last notice.  When you press 1 for a person and ask for a supervisor or ask the person to stop calling they simply hang up on you.  Very Rude and this harrassment needs to stop.  If I want to lower my interest rate, I am quite capable of doing it on my own.

Got the same calls, showed as Wireless Caller.  When I pressed 1 to ask them to take me off the list gal responded with, "Then we'll put you on the Call 5 Times a Day list" and hung up.   Still get calls at least once per day.  thanks for the link to file a complaint.  doing so now.

I get calls from these idiots + several others just like them. I am also on the do not call registry, but lately it doesn't seem to matter. Somehow, they are getting around it or the Feds aren't enforcing it! Report them to the FCC. That's what I've done!

Same as above... 214-208-7037..."WIRELESS CALLER"....msg: credit card is in trouble, ignored all previous letters.... etc., etc. they hang up as soon as you mention removing your name from the call list. It is a scam and a fraud. They want your information so they can scam you out of money.

I just filed a complaint with the FCC. https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form1088.action?form_type=1088B.

The company identified themselves as "Visa/Mastercard account services" and asked for verification of my phone number. I asked for their number to call them back and they hung up.

I suggest if you get a call from 214-208-7037 you file a complaint using the URL above.

got a call from them and they made my daughter upset because they said our account was going to be closed and it was a last chance to pay before our account was going to be closed.  it appears to be a scam.
Look at snopes for sure.

Just got this call a minute ago, a bit different from 'Hi I'm Rachel at Card Services" but the same scam. I reported it to donotcall.gov as usual but they haven't done anything about it since last May when my calls started. I bet I've received over 30 calls from May til now.

When I think of it, donotcall.gov is probably automated and when anything comes in it accepts and it and sends it to a circular file.

Same here...they say this is the last time to take atvantage of lower interest rates.  I pressed 1 to tell them to quit calling.  They don't give you a chance. They hang up on you.  There ought to be something that can be done.  Guess I'll take my phone out!

Got a call from this number a few minutes ago, shows up on the Caller ID as "Wireless Caller".  Another prerecorded message of this being my last chance to lower my cc rates but that I need to owe at least $3000 in combined cc debt.  Also, they've supposedly sent me numerous letters stating the same... bs!  I didn't press 1 to speak with a "friendly representative" because I knew I'd get hung up on and would be wasting my breath.

I'm on the do not call list.  I have no cc debt.  I haven't gotten anything in the mail from this so-called company which always seems to remain nameless.  And, had this been a legit call from a company who truly wanted to help me with my interest rates I would think they'd have called from a land line and not a cell phone!  I hope no one falls for this stuff and gets scammed out of their hard-earned money.
