No msg. Ever! I hate that! When I tried to call back ... "Your message cannot be completed ... "

They never leave a msg. I don't know who it is. But - like everyone else said, you can't call them back and it is EXTREMELY ANNOYING.

This is for a loan modification company.  When they are told to stop calling they continue and swear tell us that we are stupid and we should use them to modify our loan.  It sounds like they are calling from India.  On 4-8-11 we registered twenty four yes twenty four calls.

This really A Pain in the As* .   They called 6 times today and woke us up twice.  QUIT IT

Same deal... call us, same time every night. Once somebody talked to my husband, but now it's just white noise on the other end.

They have been calling my house now for about 6 months. I tried to call back but the number comes up not in service. I did pick up one time and a man asked for a woman's name and I told him no one lives here by that name. I asked him not to call anymore. It is now June 3rd and I have recieved this call on my phone 5 times just this evening.

This is harrassing. Does anyone know anymore about these guys or is there someone that needs support in putting a complaint in about them?

Same patter as other reports. Repeated calls for "Fred". Rude or hang-up when we say there's no one by that name in the house.  Won't respond to requests to remove us from the calling list.

These people are extremely rude.  Have no idea why they are calling.  Asked for someone that doesn't live here and then went on to say well are you the homeowner?  I said I was the babysitter and they got extrememly rude!  The man had a heavy indian accent

We are having the same thing happen every single day all day. My husband just had open heart sergery and he's home recovering now and we have to put up with this

Yes, we have comcast and ever since then....they call continuously.

They continuously call.  
I have asked them to stop.  They don't.

We also get these calls constantly and we do have Comcast too.  I also find them to be extrememly rude.  Does anyone know if Comcast can block a number?

Add me to the list. Interesting thing is... I just switched to Comcast phone service. Is anyone else with them? Wonder if there is some connection?!
They call incessantly and I have never heard a voice.  I decided to just let my fax machine get it everytime that they call. You would think they would stop calling. But, they don't.
As I am with Comcast, I am able to just block the number. I went into my comcast phone manager and it will let me block 12 numbers. (It is under Call Screener)
Most phone companies will provide this service.

They called me today and i asked to be taken off the list. He responded with F OFF i said excuse me and he spelt it out for me and hung up. How is this legal?

Got another call from "Desoto" this evening, waited and told the caller that I was rcording and reporting the call as harrassment to the US authorities, The caller was undoubtedly calling from a call center in Mumbai, I'm very attune to the intonation and dialect - I deal/work with them every single day. This fellow opened up into a full minute of explitives that literally melted my ear. What in God's name has this world devolved to? - I cannot imagine another time in my life where my privacy was so invaded. The head of the FCC, the Senate and Congress are at fault for allowing these invasions to our privacy to occur and they are at fault for not upholding more stringent penalties for this kind of activity. There's so much worry over what happens on the internet, but remember the internet is a two-way street, there's no guarantee of privacy implied. These felons, terrorists are attacking us in the most ubiquitous and relied-upon communication tool we've had for almost 100 years and it's being passively permitted by our govenment who is sworn to protect our safety and well being.

We should hunt these people down and anilate them in the same swift manner as we have recently dispatched the mastermind of the 911 attack.

These people have been calling for weeks on end. I've asked them to remove the number, ignored their calls, been nice, gotten rude but they will just not stop. We are on the do no call list. Does anyone check o this website? How do we stop them? This is harassment!

this number calls several times a day, but when I answer to asked them to stop calling, no one is on the other end.

Same situation as others - I've been receiving calls from this number for over a month now.  Today I received five calls in a row 20 minutes apart.  I've told these people to stop calling, but it doesn't work.

My husband and I received approximately 8 calls from this number last night. Finally took the phone off the hook.  They would call and no one said any thing then you would get a disconnect. Called the number back and the recording said the number is no longer in service.  I'm am going to try and find out who I can report this number to so that it will stop.

I got a guy from India askling for 'Gerard'. Told him he had the wrong # and he turned super rude! Said, "you mean you don't know your own husband?!". I said, excuse me, but I am single and don't have.a husban and you STILL have the wrong #. A few more remarks were exchanged, then he had the f'n nerve to ask me if I wanted a husband. I'm like are you kiddin me?!?!  I so want to report them now. Just didn't now how or who to report to. Thanks!

They are using Logix Communications, a legitimate communications company based in Houston, Texas. I informed Logix Communications of the scammers using or jumping off of one of their connections and the gentleman was extremely helpful and is currently investigating. Their number is 214-915-4100. If we all file complaints with them and the Attorney General, we can shut the scammers down temporarily. They will undoubtedly obtain new, fraudulent means of harassing calls again but we can all be ready!

They are a phishing scam plain and simple. They change their caller ID on a whim and the callers are Indian or Arabic. According to Comcast, if you immediately dial *57 after hanging up with these idiots, it will show their true number. At that point file a complaint with the Attorney General. They are nasty, threatening, and relentless in the number of calls they make. After the 23rd (yes 23rd) time calling my number I decided to turn the tables and call them names, yell, it got pretty ugly. Made the guy pretty mad which made me smile. Then I filed a complaint and called Comcast. Idiot scammers!  Bottom line: give out NO personal information, do not fall for their scam, and FILE a complaint with the Attorney General!

I received a call from this number tonight, and a child-like voice with a Spanish tone spoke then hung-up.  I tried to call the number back, and received the number is not longer in service.

A real nuisance. The phone rings 2 times, and no message is left. If I pick it up, no one is ever there. I was super-speedy this time, and as soon as someone said the first unintelligible word, I told them I was on the No-Call list and that they were violating Federal Law. I told them I would be reporting them. They hung up.

they have called me at least 9 times sometimes in the late evening asking for someone named INIS  STOP CALLING DUMB A***S!!!!!!!!
