I rec. my 3rd  call today from 214-220-3821 and decided to pick it up and a recording said press 1 to see who is calling so I hung up.

got a call saying he is a locator for the DA'soffice he was looking for my brother.

They are harvesting numbers that somebody answers.  These numbers get sold to telemarketers.

These calls have been coming
to my number since last year. March 25,2012 until April 5, 2012 they are calling all the time. Caller ID says Private, Unknown Name These calls come in back to back after hanging up. Called 20 times before I left phone off hook. As soon as I hangup phone they continue to call back. These calls seem to be a sex chat line.

I got a call from  214-220-3821 early one morning   wanting me to accept   charges from someone calling from this number.  Calls from jails  for example where you can make calls out but  can't  rec.  calls  charge a fee and  are all lumped together under 1 common number from a cell block .  A   person in the know said jailbirds with nothing  better else  to do like to play on the phone  in the  Seagoville  jail.

Received this call from "Privacy Manager" id'd with the phone # above.

You say you are 18yo?  A person who was not disciplined as a child cannot discipline themselves as an adult.  You are responsible for your own behavior.  Grow-up and stop being a big baby.  You can't go through life always blaming somebody else for your own shortcoming or inability or unwillingness to act in your own behalf.  You sound like someone that is clinically unstable and have little chance of getting it together in the short-term.  I, too, was in Richmond then and ALL of the students liked Dr. Butler, especially the women students.  I would love to be your therapist on the couch.  I would love to be your Judge in court.  And, believe me, you would know it big time.

Thank goodness that poor DR. is dead.  His estate should sue all you people for defamation.  
That said,  today this is a local broadband number made available by AT&T or DISH when routing PC calls that are made from the Verizon communications network. One of your friends or relatives has verizon or dish cable communications and tried to call you from their computer. In some cases, your caller was probably unaware that the call had been connected, and was trying to figure out how to use the microphone, or had their speakers turned down too low to hear you answer.  I put down fax machine because this is new technology and not many folks know about it.

This number 214-220-3821 called last nite at 9:30pm!! Not even thinking and half asleep I answered and was like something wrong in family what.. Then this!! Privacy manager call-- have no idea who the Ignorant,"Jerk" that called was..  I am myself submitting this number to the do= not=call= government =harassment= call and filed a complaint about after hours calling.

They keep calling my house and its a recording saying Bob Thompson has "a very important business matter to discuss with you. Please stay on the line"

same here, get regular calls from this number that either hangs up on answer or an automated system with the very important message bit, then if you remain on the line it hangs up after a wait. Pity the human that I ever do get to talk to if get them from this number.

I didn't know I even had this service until recently.. but at least I know now that it's most likely a telemarketer (which I had guessed).

asking for son but wouldn't give me any details ... several minutes later I started getting several calls all from out of state - bill collectors for my children - - one which was an old hospital bill that Medicaid was suppose to pay for - don't understand why they didn't  - the actual hospital closed down about 7 or 8 years ago

My attorney sued this collection agency many times for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  Caller is National Enterprise Systems from Ohio.

Automated message that says "Ben Wallace with an urgent message for" then privacy manager talks. Calls everyday at different times. It has been going on for a week now.

I receive calls from214 220-3821 daily. I decided to put the number in google and now I see this person calls alot of people. I would like to know who they are. I have tried to return this numbers call, but no one answers.sharon

Getting  a call almost everyday from 214-220-3821,but nobody answers on the otherside.

Caller always hang up when phone is answered. I would like to know why the call is being made to my telephone number if to only hang up.

Received a call from this number and privacy manager picked it up.  When I signaled that I wanted to identify this person, a male stated that his name was "Charles Jones"..Tried to call the number back and got a busy..

CALL STATING I HAVE A PAYDAY LOAN AND  WILL GARNISHEE MY WAGES TO GET THE MONEY.  I TOLD THEM I DO NOT HAVE A PAYDAY LOAN AND THEY GOT THE WRONG PERSON. I TOLD THEM TO SEND ME SOMETHING IN WRITTING TO SEND TO MY LAWYER.  THEY SAID CAN'T SEND ANYTHING IN WRITTING.

Received a call from this number. No name, only Privacy Manager listed as an ID. A recorded message instructed me to press one to hear who the call was from. I hung up.

Receiving calls from this number from someone name Derrick Clark, John Peterson, or John Kingston.... Don't know who he is but they also use a number from Jamaica. 876-421-9064

I don't care who this is, I just want the calls to stop.

calls all the time, we just don't answer.  ID says Privacy Manager

Keep calling and saying nothing.  Calls all time of day and night.

Get call 4-5 times a day. No ID so I don't answer. No message only back ground noise.
