I have requested to be removed from their junk faxes four times and I continue to receive faxes. Lucky for me, I have an attorney friend who will sue people like this for free! I'm going to file a complaint against Richard Floyd Insurance and sue him.

I finally found out that it is not RIchard Floyd sending these faxes. It is a spam fax company out of Canada. I am not sure what can be done about this because they are out of the country but I will see what if anything I can do. I will post to this message board when I find out something.

Life Insurance fax. I have complained & complained to the FCC. I finally called the FCC this morning. They only go after the companies that have the most complaints. The person I spoke with said to file a NEW complaint everytime a fax arrives.  Lets all file complaints and see if we can stop these people!

Got another one today. I did sent the FCC yet another update on my complaint - do they ever do anything?

It seems that there is no help available to stop this abuse. I filed a complaint (#08-T00151610) on 4/28/08. The FCC did acknowledge the complaint, but in spite of continuously sending additional faxes I have received, they do nothing.  Obviously, there is no penalty for breaking the law.

I have been getting junk faxes from this number for months.  I've reported them to the FCC.  I think they slowed down, but I got another one today.  I write "remove ###-###-####" in large letters across the fax and send them back.  This morning I faxed them 31 pages!
