Need to know who this person is

I got a voicemail from this number but it was just background noise.  Then I called it back immediately and I got a message saying the number was disconnected.

Tehhy posed as Direct TV. Why did I fall for this

Just got a call and some idiot was talking in the background. Called back and it was a non-working number. Will file a report with the phone company.

Got a call today,answered and someone laughed and hung up. What kind of BS is this where I call back and its not a working number? HELLO!  I do not pay my own bills to be played like a fiddle people!! Grow up and get a real job and stop wasting my time!!!

Have gotten numerous calls from this number in past. Got one from them today and decided to answer it and they hung up.

Asked for my wife. I said am the husband. Hung up. Called back and got "this phone is not in service" message.
I'm also on no call list!

I did not answer the call from this number, and the caller did not leave a message. The number looks familiar. I think that it must be one of those infernal telemarketers.

Received a call selling direct tv.  The caller was extremely rude when I told them to remove me frm the list.

You can never get on a do not call list...I just got a call a second ago on from  this number, not once, but while I was answering, it called again on call waiting.....the do not call list only exists for that company, that can by law put you right back on it after a certain amount of time that has passed.....there is no universal list that won't get called...hate to say that but it is true....sales calls will never go away....

got a call from this phone # 2142491533, but never spoke. After a cough, phone was turned off

the person just keeps saying hello over and over. He must not of heard the voice mail message. He says hello at least 8 times.

they just called me, giggled, and hung up... never answering that again...

I get a call from this number at least once a day. I do not answer it and they don't leave a message. My cell phone number is on the Do Not Call list.

Suspected spammer # as I've been getting several this week (someone must have sold my info recently), and I did not answer, no message was left.
However, another of the "look up #" websites said it belonged to a cell phone.
