I also received the letter.  It requested i contact them
at the above stated number.  I travel alot and could really
use some free airfare.  Flying got so expensive, i use my
prius to travel mostly.  Its sad when its cheaper to drive half
way across the map then it is to fly.

My husband got "the letter" - figured it had to be a scam and was so glad to find this website and discussion. We were told the 302-526-5142# to call. IDIOTS. Anyway, thanks for the information  - I just hate it because someone not as savvy (like my older relatives) may in fact give out info and that kills me - I want to see the perpetrators of such horse sh*t penalized. But of course they won't.

I just spoke to them also.  The letter is printed up with a master list and variable data to populate the "please call me today" phone number, and the name(s) and address fields at the top.  Otherwise...lots of suckers are getting this letter.  If you think about it....they only start with a name and address which is usually public info.  When you call them they juice you for a phone number and email address.  They tell you to have DL and credit card for the meeting.  If you go, you will have given them your:

Name
Home address
phone number
e-mail address
drivers license number
credit card

I am assuming that this would be enough information to screw up your credit 4ever....No Thanks....I say that we pay them back by posting the phone numbers on some other autodialing system and have them call each other......anyone else down for this.....please post autodial numbers!

The number that I needed to call was 817.204.0579

Got the same letter as you all.  I felt like Stevens Cole was trying to catch a sucker on his lucky day.  Rather than call, I googled S-C and found this asture bunch of folks disucssing their recent good fortune.   I'm on the TX Attorney General's no-call list and don't think I recieved a call from them.  If I do, I'll report it to the reluctant civil servant who listens to such in Austin.  And remember, friends, "If we don't hear from you soon, we may need to issue the ticket vouchers to the alternate."  Has anybody gotten a thank you from their alternate for allowing him/her to reap this incredible prize? As Ralphie's old man said about his lamp, "It's a major award."

Got my letter today after no phone calls.  Sounds too good to be true so I sent them my driver's license, bank account numbers, credit card info, social sec number and $10,000 cash so they don't take me off their list.  I hope this works out good!

I received phone calls and a message stating that I qualified as a finalist; I didn't call back and then the next week I received a letter on 11/5 regarding two roundtrip airline tickets as well. Given the amount of people who have received this letter, I doubt that we would all be qualified to receive this award. I am shredding mine:)

I received the letter from Stevens Cole today - postmark Phoenix, local reply number (Charleston SC), and signed by "Loretta Sage". Based on the input from others above, I would guess that they want to get their hands on your credit card and drivers license for a few seconds to copy numbers, including your security number on the back of the credit card - you and your credit are toast. I'm shredding the letter ASAP.

PS - I noticed that when I Google the website, my Norton Site Safety software indicates that the site security is untested/unavailable. You may be exposing your computer to malware or a drive-by if you do anything on their site. Beware.

Scam city.

Phoned the call center for fun.  Loretta Sage is not in the office on Saturdays (because she doesn't exist!)  The telemarketer had to "pull up their letterhead" to give me their corporate address of 2375 Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016.

Stevens Cole was hired by AIE Travel who is new and trying to build business.  Given this info for Dallas area redemmption: Their Dallas location is Tower 1 next to Galleria Mall, 13355 Noel Rd, Ste 1850, Dallas, TX 75240.  Fort Worth office is 5601 Bridge Street, Ste 300, 76112.

Have to make an "appointment" and take a credit card and I.D. to redeem "free" tickets.  In other words, sit through a timeshare presentation at the least and/or it is an all out scam which will result in the credit card being used for fraud.

The telemarketer answering the phone could not explain why their internet site was registered just recently when they have been in business for 'years'.  Became indignant and asked why I called if I didn't want to make an 'appointment'.  When I told her that I worked for the FTC, she ended the conversation.

We had been getting 10 or 15 calls a day from this number. They would never leave a message. I tried calling that number, but it is a non working number. Remember the saying "If it sounds too good to be true.....it probably is". Buyer beware.

I have gotten a letter as well. It is hand addressed & signed, mailed from Phoenix, AZ, yet has a local 214 (Dallas, TX) phone number, as well as no return address. Their website offers no real information. Why in the world would I call them if I chose to decline the award, as requested in this letter? No legitimate company would conduct business this way.
