Jan has been calling me, claims she is from NCAC, National Credit Audit Corp... called 11 times in 14 days!

They are still calling after I sent a certified letter to them telling them NOT to call. They claim to be NCAC, National Credit Audit Corp, however I do not owe anyone any money.  They have called 11 times in the last 14 days!

This ignorant lady MJ(May Jewel) as she calls herself is so RUDE! I called them to set up payment arrangements and the bi*** must have forgotten and took me off the payment plan cuz she claims tht I broke the promise to pay when the old bi*** actually forgot we spoke one day prior. She dnt keep notes in her account she has amnesia and she's an ignorant rude c***. So now im off the payment arrangement cuz she forgot about us speaking. I called to speak to a manager or to get a new agent for my case but the operator was ignorant as well. I don't like them.

The same Melissa lady has been calling me. She called my office 3 times in one day which I kindly informed her was ILLEGAL!!! she is harassing me non stop, horrible horrible company

Yes She Is...I don't owe her money but I know someone that does and this Melissa person says she gave her my cell.  I told her if she called it again I would report them.....she assured me that she would call my cell again and then hung up on me.

That same bi*** has harassed me, both on my cell and called at work.  She has also called my dad.  I work for a law firm, so needless to say, she will be getting a cease and desist letter !

I keep getting voice mail for a guy named "Roger", yes from Melissa Nelson. I called to let them know I've had this number about 6 weeks and that they are dialing wrong number to reach him. The lady who answered kept saying "well do you know him?"...I just told the broad she has the wrong number. I'll find out how to file for harassment against this person/company. this happened most recently on July 27, 2009.

Melissa Nelson was the lady who called me. Ask for her if you call back. She is a nice person until she cant get a hold of you. God forbid you should be working when she calls. She is collecting a debt I oew to The Village Apartments in Dallas. It was an oversite on my part. This lady is RUDE and would not let me speak to a supervisor.
