They have called me many times and a guy will call telling me he is an officer and that I owe money to a bmg company from 2007 for some pay day loan. I never done anything in 2007 with a loan.I called the again and the guy tells me I have to talk to his superviser. She then gets on the phone and starts talking and I got very ugly with her and she went to cusing me and told me my number would not be called anymore and my file was turned over to there attorney and everything would be taken care of in court.I then ask her what company she was with and she said why do you need the name of my company and I told her so I could tell my lawyer about the matter. She would never give me the name.then I hung up on them. They then left me a message tell me I wasn't suppose to hang up on them then told me what my ss# and then told me I could wait on the cops to pick me up.

I received a phone call from this company indicating that I owed money for a loan. They told me that they were a collection agency who worked under the company that I had taken the loan out from, but wouldn't tell me the name of the company or any other information I needed to determine whether this was legitimate or not.  They just indicated that I needed to pay the loan or face legal action.  Needless to say I got into a shouting match with the caller and she hung up on me.  I called back and coaxed her into telling me the name of the supposed company that I owed this loan to. Once she gave me the name I knew it had to be some type of fraud, since the company themselves had never contacted me saying that I owed them any money. They even went so far as to call my references (and told them that they were guarantors on the loan and would have to pay) and threaten them as well.  I called the company they said the loan came from and they indicated that my account had been paid in full months prior to this phone call and that it was fraud and was being investigated, as several other customers had called indicating that they had received this same type of phone call.  So if you receive a phone call from these people do not give them any personal information or money, IT'S A SCAM!

The callers will tell you that you owe money for a loan of some sort. Ignore, and tell them that you will be contacting your attorney and reporting them immediately.

I was scammed by these people, from India and names Harry Daniel, Emily Jones, and Marcia Graham. I am now out of $300 and would not be if I would of have known then what I know now!
