You cannot be verbally "served" or "serviced" legal documents, SS payments are not subject to garnishment, and owing a consumer debt is not an act of "fraud". You owe nothing to these vermin.

In truth this is extortion dressed as debt collection. Consumer debts in America, including payday loans, are a *CIVIL* matter, not criminal! The agents' horrid threats are empty and their conduct is illegal. As early as possible it's critical to determine if your collector is domestic or yet another South Asian faker. The former you can sue into submission; the latter tend to be out of reach.

My notes from October 2011 on payday loan and "hot check" collectors are linked below.

A woman called me on 5-6-2013  by the name of Brenda Daniels and as what was the protocal to have papers delivered at my job and she wanted to speak to my supervisor. I told her that she couldn't ask those questions and all legal paperworks were to be sent through our legal department. She told me that she didn't want to listen to me. So I told her that I would meet her downstairs and wait on the papers. She told me to stop being rude and to call Global Pre-Litigation  at 1-866-613-0791 and talk to them about my the issue. She said that if she doesn't resceive word that had called she would serve the papers on my job by the end of the day. I said ok and hung up. Of course, I didn't call and she called back around 4pm. I didn't answer this time. So she called my Administrative Assistant and she wanted to know the protocal to have papers delievered from a firm. So my AA told her to call our attorney in the legal department and she gave him the name and number. Well, Brend told my AA to tell me to call 1-866-613-0791 and speak to them about the issue. I'm still waiting on Brend. If your going to serve someone, you don't talk about...you just show up and do it. I reported Brenda Daniels and Global Pre-Litigation to the Texas Attorney General and Federal Trade Comminssion for unfair debt collection pratice.

Received a call from this number supposedly from Roy Dillon. He threatened legal action and stated "that this phone call shows that i have been served".  He left another number to call as his number didn't take messages.  That number 888-397-4036 was answered by a Krista Willis who sounded like a frightened child when I told her I was (and did) going to report her and the firm to the Texas Attorney General.  After several minutes she told me the company was called Global Pre-Litigation in Los Angeles but she couldn't tell me more as the conversation was being monitored.  She asked for the last 4 digits of my SSN which I refused.  When she asked if I would confirm whether or not the SSN they were given was accurate and I complied.  However the SSN was not mine, the address she gave I never had, and the name was completely wrong.  How can a company of buffoons and thugs get away with this?
