Paid off three different items on my credit report all for $30 each which really messed up my credit. Although I didn't acknowledge the debt or know what it what I agreed to pay the $90 as a bona fide gesture to have it removed, to which they agreed.  Now it says it will be there until 2019! They are liars. I will be absolutely sure to share their information with anyone able to disable their lying system. I have them recorded on Google Voice as well making the agreement.

This company has an F rating from the BBB. Also the address given to the BBB appears to be a parking lot next to a vacant building.
Mr Dietz Why haven't you contacted the BBB to correct the information they requested? That's just bad business and it makes you look like a friggin' lying fool!

Mr dietz,  you are a debt collector. In order to stay in business, you must do business in an ethical manner. Having different employees call and say they are "mark blue", is ridiculous. Please take me to court, so that your company can spend thousands of dollars on attorney fees. The judge will discover, as I have told your trained monkeys, that I  bankrupt. Just lost my house, and have no money. If you are smart though to look at a map, you will see I  am in Texas. Your company can not garnish wages, or put me in jail. I beg you, please spend the money to take me to court. Your company will get nothing, and eventually it will fail.  Any business built with shady, unethical, rude people like yours, will always fail. Hope to see you soon.

You apparently have lots of breakdowns from your staff if what you say is true.  Your company has called, sent letters, called, sent letters...called, sent letters.. called, sent letters, (get the picture?) some of them threatening legal action and some of those were for zero....ZERO balances.  The other, payments were being made to the business owed in a timely manner.

I have been harrassed by these people for the last 8 months! I told them once I didnt owe the $ they are claiming I owe and they told me they will take me and my husband to court to GARNISH his wages!!!
One day its an urgent matter concerning my name and SS# that has crossed their desk, the next day I am called and left a message that "they have great news"  What is it? Mark Blue has left MULTIPLE messages on my VM as well as a Female threatening me to call her by end of day or she will proceed without my consent.....I am fed up and tired of these calls!

They are not allowed to call us while in bankruptcy and is federal offense to do so. Have reported to AG Office and alerted firm handling our case. Also plan to make a formal complaint to FCC and BBB. Have contacted family attorney to investigate fraudulent collection practices and possible harassment charges.

We need to organize and contact the city of Dallas Police Department, The Sheriffs of the county in which this business is located, the Texas State Department of Criminal Investigation and the Texas Rangers (State Law Enforcement) to file felony criminal complaints. Also a complaints should be filed with the Texas Attorney General, requesting immediate closure of this business and seizure of the companies assets and records. This should also be filed with the United States Attorney General, the US Marshall's Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. A class action lawsuit needs to be started, once charges are determined.

I requested paperwork, from the caller... I was told I received paperwork in 2008 and again in 2009. I have a traumatic brain injury, suffered in 2005, I have no memory of that time period to date, I have no organizational skills left from my TBI. I was told by your "employee" I am better now, funny how the doctor, who's bill they were collecting for, said that is no longer possible for me to get better, and I have to learn to live with this. All I am requesting is paperwork. I have legal rights to request that phone calls end and this servers as written notification to your company. I am not leaving my phone number Several of your employees with the same voce have said their names are: Mark, Jim Moore
Several of the phone numbers are: 214-628-8512, 214-628-8518, 214-387-8068, 866-558-3328 ext 2210, 214-628-8534. I have also received previous phone calls from 2 disconnected numbers, one belonging to a computer sales company, which I informed their number was being used in a scam. The police also told me not to give out any information over the phone.

Keep getting messages from this number but they NEVER say what company they are calling from and NEVER say who they are calling for.  It may not even be for me??  Also from a Mark Blue that says it's very important I speak to you.  Well, if it's that important you would leave the company you are from and why you are calling.  This day and age, I'm not going to just call back some random guy that says I need to call him back.

Crazy people. I have two accounts I am paying on for my daughter who is a college student and incurred medical bills. They have called her 15 times in two days during school and work hours. When she answers she gets an answering service. She tried to return the call and gets an answering service.  Finally she left a message asking that no more calls be made unless an actual person was on the line. A man called her back and said, "We will continue to call as much as we want uintil you or your Mom contact us and you figure out how you're gonna pay your hospital bill." I think that's what she was trying to do idiot!  Pretty sure this qualifies as harrassment. The number we are asked to call is 866-558-3328 ext 2206 and ask for Phil.

I also called Jim Moore and told him all calls should be directed to me since I'm the one paying. Not to call my daughter. She can't do anything about the payments. Still they call her.

Why would a company, trying to collect money, want to be a jerk to the person who is acctually trying to pay their debt?  Makes no sense to me! I will be calling the hospital who they represent to complain. I'm sure they would like to know the harrassment being given to those trying to pay...however small the amount, we are making an effort.

Tip: we use Google Voice to record all their calls. They HATE that! I've tried to make payments TWICE and they are refused! I've been hung up on, threatened, and laughed at...AND I've got the recordings to prove it!

We have asked not to be called at a specific number, and yet it continues. FDCPA violation!!! It. Is. ON!

THEY PICKED THE WRONG PEOPLE TO MESS WITH! We personally know the owner of the "client" they bought (past tense) debts from, and when we told them what was going on, the client was shocked and embarrassed! In addition, they won't be hiring Dietz in the future. Here's the score...Me: 1...SWR: 0.

Stevie Dietz, Ricky Williams and Jim-bob More (it's misspelled in their system on purpose) break the law. I will work HARD to make sure they go out of business.

Mr. Rick Williams called our main company line today for one of our employees which cannot receive personal calls. He went in telling all of that employees business which i thought should be confidential. When advised we don?t accept personal calls and he would need to contact her on her home phone he was extremely rude and said "Thanks for nothing" and hung up. What type of people call a place of employment and get upset at the person answering the phone. All I can say is "if you don?t like your job find a new one and stop taking it out on people you don?t even know"

STEVE DIETZ continues to call and harass me. I've told him SEVERAL times he has the wrong number, he has accused me of lying and demands I put the person on the phone for who he is looking for. This Steve guy is extremely unprofessional and it is beyond me how he is still working for this company. As a manager, I would never want anyone like this working for me. Steve has resorted to name calling (loser, bankrupt, etc), yelling and hanging up in my face. I've asked many times to remove my name/number from his database, but I think because he works on commission, he'll continue to harass whomever he can so he can get paid and prevent himself from going bankrupt. I will be reporting him to the FCC asap.

I received a couple calls from Mr. Dietz myself.  I'm a service member, serving in the Middle East since before Thanksgiving.  I only set this number up on Yahoo, so I could receive voice-mail from friends and family back home.  No idea how he attained this number, but I'm sure I have no debts that "sprouted" up out of nowhere.  The messages left do not contain any of my personal information, like my name or even what the call is in relation too.  I'm assuming this is another scam.  As I will only have to use this number for a short time, it's really of no concern to me, as I'll be back on my cell phone in the US soon enough.

Calling my work after being told by myself and supervisor I can not take personal business calls at work; are very rude even when I'm polite. Told my boss if I don't come to the phone they were going to have to take me to court. If I didn't have a cool boss, this could be a disaster. I had a car accident and am struggling with my insurance to get bills paid, but I will never pay a dime to these guys. They are scum. I am documenting everything, maybe I WILL see them in court.

I have been getting phone calls from southwest recovery services for about a month. They never say what the call is about except that it is imperative that I call back. I don't even know how they obtained my cell number since I don't give out my cell number except to family members. In the last two days the calls say that if I don't call back then my credit rating will be affected. We have always paid our bills on  time and don't owe anybody any outstanding deb ts except our mortgage. Any help in getting these calls would be appreciated.
