Cheryl King called on my personal cell phone looking for my ex-husband. She said that he was named as a known associate of my sister. When I called back they stated that my sister is a person of interest in a check fraud case in Alameda County. She gave me a case #. I asked the name of the company and they said< "Office of Investigation". While I was on the phone I looked up the # and found that there was a shocking report and if I paid $ I would know the details. So knowing it was a scam I asked, " office of investigation for the state of California? : She said yes. Then why are you calling me from Texas and why don't you call my sister directly? She very curtly said, "have your sister call us".
