Real process servers don't try & enter your house. They serve. . . and  run! Usually because of 'Smith & Wesson'. It's like the Repo man. He doesn't really want to talk to you. Hope you gave all information to the Police.

A guy called named Jimmy Wise said he had papers to serve me so I gave him my address.He came to my house but had no identification to prove who he was then tryed to force himself in my home........police where call and he ran! If u received a call from him DO NOT!!!!! Give your address he is targeting females. Girls beware!!!

Same scam  I am so tired of them with this BS. Calling my family and harassing my mother who is very ill.  I am going to file a suit against them.

I received several voice mails from a Jimmy White telling me he had a summons for me in the county I live in. He even went as far to say he was at my house and knocked on the door and no one answered.  I was at home and no one knocked on my door or my dog would have barked.  I called the courts in my county and I was not on a docket in any of the courts.  The courts instructed me that this must be a scam and to not respond to any of the calls.  I have no clue who they are or what they want but be warned they are frauds!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a payday loan and someone hacked into my account from the internet and I had to close it out. In the mix of dealing with hackers and trying to get most of my money that was stolen I totally forgot about the pay day loan. I was contaced by a person claiming to be a process server and I was stupid enough to make the payday loan right and I paid. But little did I know that these people were scammers and the money never made t it to the pay day loan company( and before you open your piehole of a mouth) I contacted them to pay them directly, and since they sold it to a 3rd party I could not pay them nor could I get the information from them to where to pay this loan. There are circumstances to where people have tried to make arrangements to pay their loans back. I have....

Just got a call from Jimmy Wise also pretending to be serving me papers.. Claims he went to a place I have not lived at for over a year ago!  Lol, these guys are funny!

Explain why are you so concerned about what others do for money? You come here and call people criminals yet you people call a persons home, mobile and place of employment pretending to be law enforcement. Do you realize that is a crime? Got a call from this number saying they are serving me papers for fraud against my husband.  Okay?  He did not even know where he was calling from.

Got message from relative stating that they had a summons to serve me. They failed to leave a company name but left the message stating to call Jimmy Wise. They further stated that they wanted hear from either myself or my attorney.

I got a call this morning at my place of employment about a debt that I so called owe. Did not receive any information about who I owed exactly.

Yes! I just received a call from Dominic at 214-390-3755, says that he needs to serve me paperwork for HRS & Associates at 855-402-0693... never heard of them and not sure this is about. He was wanting my home address to serve me there verses my work address. Doesn't make any sense!

I received a call from this number today. Dominic called and left a message that he needed to update my information as he had papers to serve me and if I did not want them to come to my work I need to call him back within 48 hours. If I do not call he will have to serve me at work. I do not answer these calls. People just trying to scare you and get your information. If this was legal, they would not call to tell you they need to serve papers on you, the sheriff in my county would just show up without warning.   SCAM!!!

A woman by the name of Charisse (214)390-3786 called my HR dept at work and told her she was trying to serve me a summons for fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can these people get away with this!!!!!!!!!!! Can they get in trouble for harassing me at my job????????? What kind of trouble can I get into at my job because of this call??????????????

I just got a call from a lady named Tiffany Cole at 214-390-3520 stating that she was a process server for J & R Processing...said that I needed to call her asap as it was a very time sensitive matter in the county where I live.  If they have my home address then just come serve me and be done, otherwise shut up and leave me alone.  I have been a victim of identity theft and lost my home due to it....I know about process servers...  Must be a scam.

They called my job and threatened to call my HR Department if I don't call them back by 4 PM. They want to "serve" me "with legal documents. If [I] don't call back by 4 PM, [they] will contact my HR Department to find out the procedure for serving [me.]"

Really ridiculous.

To "LAUGHING" posted above in 2011....I received a call a few minutes ago very similar to yours from Tracey Wilson at 214-390-9992. When I called back, she quickly put me on hold and then came back to asked if I still lived in ____ County. My immediate response was that I didn't think they were ligitimate and told her I was going to hang up and did.  I quickly googled J&R Processing while she put me on hold.  I've been served and I've had people served....it is not over the phone.

Call Hyperion or I would be arrested at work.

They called my job today looking for me, gave this phone number and a case number pmf-1358.  They called my wife yesterday and told her a criminal charge was set against her and if we gave our credit card number to pay it off we could avoid criminal charges.  I just called them myself and got a generic answering machine message.  I didn't leave a message, but what type of company can't answer the phone when you call?  Total BS...

I am writing about another phone number from J&R Processing 214-254-4865 I cannot understand the name of the man who has been calling me at my work and home numbers for the past 2 weeks. He leaves messages stating he is a process server and that I have 48 hours to respond or I will be served with a summons in Hudson county. I want this to stop. Please tell me how.

Well Mr know it all could you explain to me why i get 10 calls a day from this number?
1. I have never owned a credit card in my life i am 24 btw
2. I do not belong to a bank and have never borrowed money

So please explain that to me since you have it all figured out.

72 hrs, if I do not call back.  ( I previously talked to another woman, said I was paying$60 a month and kept asking for statement to show I was paying and she said we we have no record. I told her you are fraud !!!  I told her to serve me !!  she started screaming at me I had to hang up on her.

Hey unknown!  Who are you calling a dirty lowlife?  My identity was stolen and someone took out numerous payday loans, they hit my bank up for money and they ordered things online. I am not paying for someone else's purchases or loans. Since I spoke to the FBI, FTC and the BBB and my county sheriff as they were making physical threats, the FBI told me many new facts that you seem to think you know.  1st of all, the loan company, if they can't get payment ,sell the loan to usually disreputable 3rd parties, who most the time are overseas. They use disposable phones and tell you to pay the bill by debit card. Oh, red flag went up.  Then you can't understand them , the accent is so thick, oh another red flag up. Next, they harass you at home and work often threatening to embarrass you in front of your boss , another red flag. Then if you happen to be on Facebook they look up your friends and then start calling them, another red flag. They give you a bogus case number and tell you if you pay them now by debt card they won't pursue legal action all the while not able to produce 1 piece of mail or signed document to prove you took the loan, oh another red flag, Mr. Unknown.  One man told me he was going to f--- my mother and me as soon as he got here, if he knew anything about me, he would know my mom's been dead for over 20 years. Red flag!  And they will refuse to give you any information about the supposed loan until you pay them, then they will send you the papers and I want to buy the Brooklyn Bridge too! What a---hole would pay for something that another person can't prove they bought or borrowed. Are there people out there that abuse the system, I am sure there are a--hole.  But there are people who have fallen on hard times and have no solution to purchase a loan with monstrous interest rates. Maybe you can afford to pay all your bills, lucky you, but you could lose your job or business tomorrow and be forced to look for alternatives to put food on your table or keep the power on.  The only crackdown the states are doing is by not allowing payday loans in their states as a legit payday loan company will tell you. and the good ones will make payment arrangements if they are truly interested in getting paid back.  So next time before you open your piehole, remember, you could be the next one on here complaining. The only criminal here is you, as you lack the empathy ans support of those that need help.  you are socially bankrupt!
