Who keeps calling from this number and then hangs up????

I received a call from this number and it was a political/advocacy recorded message; also known in the world of politics as "robo calls." If you receive a call from this number and no voicemail message is left for you, then the consulting firm is most likely conducting a poll. Unfortunately, the DNC registry doesn't apply to these calls.

I really love how they called twice in one minute on 4 separate occasions. If I wanted to bother with it I could answer as Sticky Bunz the phone sex operator. When I called the number back it just said "If you missed our call, hang up, and we might call you again." Or something around those lines.
Hm, I'm confused. First you seem to be obsessed with my number...Now that I want to talk to you... You *might* call me back? How rude.

So tired of these types of calls. They are happening more frequently although I am subscribed to the no call list.
