What is going on with this company, I was a prior employee and am glad they hopefully will be stopped. What are you cooperating with?
Black Knight 2014-04-25 18:07:47 Unknown
Nah, tie their arms & legs to 4 thoroughbreds and toss a lighted string of firecrackers in the middle.

This is a Medicare Durable Medical Equipment fraud scam. When they transfer your call to a person at Western Medical, they try to get you to allow them to send forms to your doctor approving a "Light Back Support Device", whatever that is. They said I don't even need to see my doctor to get this! I reported this to the Medicare Fraud Department of the Office of Inspector General.

Many calls from (214) 396-5675 and caller ID says "US LifeCare", they leave no message, and I have blocked them.
Anonymous 2013-09-26 16:06:42 Unknown
Call came from USLifecare
Callers posed as Medicare social security division and attempted to get my Moms bank account information claiming that if she did not give it to them she would not recieve her check. Mom hung up and called Medicare to verify that this is not something that would be done. Nope!! Do NOT EVER GIVE OUT SSN< BANK ACCOUNT OR ANY OTHER ACCOUNT INFO TO CALLERS!

I have an answering machine and caller ID. I will not answer if I don't know who it is. I am also on the "Do not call" list.
DCW 2013-09-18 17:00:10 Unknown
The phone screen displayed USLIFECARE and this number. I let it go to answer, but no message was left. I have now blocked the number with an add-on call screening device. If you don't want to buy one of those, see if your phone system provides a *60 call screening service.

Don't hold your breath if you expect your state or the government to do anything about the do not call list. See whats happening in Washington DC with (Republican) Senators that sit on their butts doing nothing? Same with the FTC. Why are they wasting taxpayers money when they can fix roads, build bridges and support schools (even the idiots who believe in creationism). The dumbing of America continues at a rapid pace.... We are in trouble folks!!!!!!!!!!!.

Caller ID'd as USLIFECARE. I did not answer and no message was left. Our govt. should fire everyone who works with the Do Not Call system, and give their salaries and benefits etc. to a needy charity. i.e.me.
savannah43 2013-09-16 22:39:24 Unknown
Use Caller ID--do not answer ANY calls, and do not have VM or an answering machine. You will be surprised how much more peaceful your life is.
savannah43 2013-09-16 22:36:45 Unknown
They got what they wanted from you. Your VM confirmed that a human owns your number. Now they can add your number to the lists of other human owned numbers and sell to other telemarketers.
savannah43 2013-09-16 22:29:04 Unknown
Here's the good news about them. When they violate the DNC List, you know they are not honest companies.
savannah43 2013-09-16 22:22:06 Unknown
You do know that if you call a toll free number, the owner of that number gets YOUR number--because "they pay for the call." That's what Verizon told me.
And for the people who think you're doing the right thing by letting your machine answer the calls, if you use VM or an answering machine, they will know you are human and not a roll over line. They will put your number on lists and sell that info to other weasels and thieves. Do not answer at all. Just use caller ID and tell your friends and family that they should let it ring several times (agree on a number of times) and then they should hang up. You can call them back ASAP.
I believe that Verizon, et al., care more about telemarketers than they do about real people. The phone companies could stop this abuse if they wanted to. They must be making more money off the weasels than they are on us.

Excellent response! Hope you don't mind that I will be using this.

This is another Texas-sized fraud, alleged US Life Care, calling on a phony computer-generated or tie-line number. They are persistent callers. Never give these people any kind of personal or credit card data over the phone - your identity will be stolen and your card will show excessive charges, regardless of what these Godless devils promise you over the phone. This is another indication that we must urge our elected reps in DC to significantly strengthen the DNC laws to prohibit the use of any number not issued by a legitimate telephone company (common carrier), plus no soliciting for any political, charitable, survey, opinion research, or telemarketing, no calls unless the real name of the company is shown on Caller Id, etc. We need call control, not gun control!

caller ID says USLIFECARE, no message left. We have been getting calls from similar "life alert" system sales for almost a year. They call from so many different numbers. Some leave messages, some like this one, do not. The best way to deal with them, unless you have tons of time to spend reporting, is to simply not pick up for any phone call where the caller ID shows a number/name/identity you do not know or do not have business with. If it is legitimate, they ought to leave a message. I think the more you answer, the more it makes them call, even if you don't speak with them.

These dumbasses thing they're so smart by spoofing the name and number they're calling from. Dumbasses. It is illegal to spoof one's caller ID info for the purposes of fraud. Dumbass scammers don't care about any laws and it's time to put some foots in a***s!!!!!!
They spoof their numbers so that they can't be properly reported or the number they spoof uses an invalid prefix so they cannot be put into a call block program, which is the only smart thing these dumbasses know how to do.

They were selling protection for "seniors". Well, when I get to be one, I won't call you. He kept going on about his system. So, I used a few profanities. He continued right on with his speech. I just put him on hold and periodically picked up and made a noise. After awhile he was gone.
It's not fair, but I am beginning to DREAD hearing anyone with an Indian accent.

Caller ID said USCARELIFE
The telemarketer sounded like he had the IQ of an eggplant. I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said that. I don't want to insult an eggplant. He started to say something about security for seniors. That's when I hung up.

Morons keep calling, I don't answer. They don't have the intelligent know how, to figure out, how to leave a message, I am being generous calling them morons. I would hate to have them anywhere near my health care.

I just got a call which I will add to my block list. I will now get no ring but will get a list of blocked calls on my phone.
I have the Panasonic cordless telephone Model kx-tg6842b (2 handsets)
You can block 250 numbers plus kill the one ring that existed on earlier models that only allowed 30 blocked numbers.
The one handset model sells for $70 at Amazon.

Caller ID stated "US Lifecare." Left no message.

US Life Care about senior identity theft. Wish all these telemarkers would speak clearly -- I dislike mumbling and foreigners trying to speak English. I told her I was not a senior nor had identify theft problems and info about this call will be forwarded to proper authorities even though the "do not call list" doesn't work! Glad I have a nephew who is a District Justice, several other law enforcement officers and and a family member in politics in Washington DC!
