They call me several time a day and never leave a message. I called them and was transferred to some salesman who just kept saying, "Why wouldnt you buy our warranty?" When I told him to stop calling he said I shouldnt mind receiving all those calls since I am not answering them. Obviously they are not going to stop. They knew what kind of car I have and how old it is, I wonder how they got all that information.

They call me daily and ask for my husband. When I tell them he is at work, they settle for me. They then begin to try to sell me a warranty for my husband's "mercury" but we have no mercury. He drives a Mercedes C class which must come up on their scree as merc. Lol. I have requested that they take our name off of their list, but they refuse to do so.

When I work nights, the last thing I need is someone calling you at 10:30 a.m. That would be like me calling them at 2:30 in the morning. I just hit answer/off. But it doesn't stop them from calling over and over.

I called this number back because i get a phone call everyday for the last 10 days. I was hoping to request they do not call again. When you answer the phone disconnects and you can not reach a person. I called two minutes later and was connected with someone who told me they had good reason to call. They knew the car I was driving and were trying to sell a warranty. I already have a warranty and told them not to call back.. I still get phone calls. This is horrible.

Turned these guys into the Milam County Sheriff's office and they said that they had received a half dozen complaints and would call them and tell them to desist. Sure aren't going to be making many sales getting this many people pissed off.

They identified themselves to "RIGHT" to call 8:00am in the morning. They know what kind of car you are driving, when I asked where did they get my number from. They said the local car dealer (Mercedes) give them the right to call. I requested them not to call, they said I have to talk to the car dealer to delete my phone number.
I can't believe this. Please help to deal with this crab
