Billy Bradshaw operates this scam out of his Mother's house - 13792 Brookgreen Circle, Dallas 75240, where he lives as well. I'm sure as it gets closer to the end of the school year, he'll ramp back up on the phone calls to your kids. BEWARE!!!  He is a convicted felon still on probation.

Actually the call may have been ligit!!!!  As I recently found out, many of the school organizations are working with a company here in the DFW area that do "thank you" plaques for the parents that the kids can order as a surprise for a small fee instead of the usual $40-80 charged by most companies that do these plaques.  they make it up in quantity sales. While your call may have been a scam, if your child is part of JROTC in particular or other school activity, it may well be ligit.  The organization gets a portion of the sales. Be sure to check with the person before you are rude and if you express that you are concerned they will usually fill you in on the details on the promise that you wont spoil the intentions of the child. ie Just be sure to act surprised when it arrives!!!!  they are really beautiful and heart warming plaques...I love mine!

Please, if you value your time and energy, do not work for this man. It is all a scam. I was trying to make some extra money on the weekends and accepted a position as a delivery driver for the awards. I was to be paid $12/hr or $6 per delivery; whichever amount was greater.

I made regular reports to them and turned in all merchandise not sold as well as money I collected that Monday. I was supposed to be paid that Tuesday but Billy kept saying he had to meet me the next day. And kept on doing this... I figured okay, he was just busy, BUT NO! After the first several calls to him about getting my payment, he started to say that he didn't believe my time frame i worked. then said my resume looked bogus. and kept going on about he didn't feel like he should pay me anything!

I have worked hard all my life and never have I encountered such a horrible person! Now he is threatening to plaster my name and personal contact info on the internet and smear my name. What kind of business man says these kinds of things???

I've found out that there are other delivery drivers going through the exact same thing right now. His business manager just quit today after finding out about this and his director of business has also quit just this week due to his scamming them as well.

WE HAVE GOTTEN SEVERAL PHONE CALLS FROM THESE PEOPLE.  ONE NIGHT IT WAS ABOUT THREE WITHIN ONE AND HALF HOURS.  I NEVER ANSWER BECAUSE I FIGURED IT WAS SOMEONE SELLING SOMETHING.  WE ARE ALSO ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST.  I ALSO HAVE TWO TEEANGERS IN THE HOUSE.  THEY ARE PROBABLY TRYING TO SELL THOSE PLAQUES TO THEM.  THANKS FOR THE INFO FROM THE OTHER PEOPLE ON THIS SIGHT.

this called was just today through our home phone number he called atleast four times for my son our caller id said label as "ring central" he called himself carlos i remember seeing this on show about this and he does answer back when called i feel this might the same person

They're trying to get kids to buy plaques.
They must have gotten their number through Ring Central.

I can't believe in this day and age that a company who represents itself with pride would solicit children for their own personal growth.
They should be ashamed of themselves.  If they need to grow they should advertise and use their marketing dollars more effectively.
I have filed a report with our local police and filed a complaint with the FCC.  I hope you will do the same.

A female called for my 14 year old son.  I just told her he wasn't home since his friends usually call his cell phone.  The caller ID said Ring Central so I know it wasn't one of his friends.  I then looked up the phone # on the internet and got this site.

Called today asking for my 15 year old daughter - by name - and knew what high school she attends!  Wanted to talk to her about ordering some type of plaque for her parents - I listened in on the whole call.  When she said she did not want to order anything the caller stared to get pushy and my daughter hung up on him!

an adult male asked if my 18 year old daughter was available.  I said no. Then he said you must be her dad, she sure loves you.  We have a gift for you from her, but I can't tell you what it is.  When can I talk with her?  I said she would be home on Sunday - he will call back on Monday so he can arrange to come to my home and discuss the gift.
NOTE: He called my Cell Phone.  I do not generally give this out but the school (he did mention the schools name) has it.

These people have called here repeatedly for my 14 yr. old son. I asked to take a message and they said, "No message. I'll call back later." And they promptly hung up. We are also on the Do Not Call list. I am reporting this to the Texas Atoorney General's Office as well as the Police.
