I have received calls from these idiots for 2 months now...They always say, I'm sorry sir I will add you to the do not call list. Just like the other idiots that call from number (714) 202-3195 who wants to give me a 8,000 dollar credit limit. Trying to take money from good AMERICAN people.

Thanks to iOS 7 call blocker, this number is now blocked! Thanks everyone for the information.

apex is now calling back after telling them we are not interested. once again, we tell them NO! I get that it's a s****y job but calling us back is wasting everybody time. Get slinging the mud...some is bound to stick

Got a call for the third time so decide to answer it.  They wanted to talk to the owner of the company which is me, but told them the owner was NOT available. It would be nice if they didn't know my cell number.

This is a robo caller.

Caller is rude and obnoxious!  Won't identify themselves when the person they asked for is not here

The y called asking for the owner of the food service establishment and had some business number claiming they needed to talk about the new federal mandate affecting the business here. They misstated some information .We told them that it was wrong and they hung up.

Got a call from 214-440-0277. When I don't recognize the number I just don't answer. Simple. I know who all my everyday contacts are and when somebody calls and leaves no message 9 times out of 10 it's a scam of some kind. From the above comments,looks like I didn't miss out on a thing. Boo Hoo!

they called me and asked me if i accepted visa. didn't know what they were talking about since this is a residential phone.

I am a FEMALE Automotive Repairshop Owner...OMG, was this guy rude to me just now!

I told him to call someone else and waste THEIR time, not mine and hung up.

I am ASTONISHED every single day by how rude these people are who call a business on the phone and expect to make money....their manners are HORRIBLE.

Called work, asked for owner. I asked who was calling and he said a name with Apex Merchant Services. I asked what it was regarding and he said it was about our credit card processing. I asked if this was a solicitation call and he said yes it was. I informed him that the owner of our company does not take telephone solicitations. He said ok and that was the end of the conversation.

I have to say, I get a lot of these types of calls and this one was relatively easy to deal with. I will see if they listen to what I said about the owner not taking phone solicitations. Hopefully they will not call again.

I keep getting calls and get hung up on..

Just received a call from this number at my office.  I answered with my usual greeting and the caller hung up.

Keeps calling and hangs up when I answer...Called back, line just keeps ringing. Id appreciate it if these people would kindly buck off.

i have no i dea why these people keep calling me ,they wake me up all the time i work all different shifts so my sleep is very important.. we  are not a  business.

Lady called and asked for the "owner of the business". I replied, "What business, this is a private residence!". To which she said "sorry' and hung up. Looks like they bought some phony (no pun intended) phone lists from some scam company. Scammers scamming Scammers, I love it!. Today is 7/10/2012 they called first thing in the morning.

this # called me today and asked if we accepted Visa I said yes they then asked for me directly. I asked him where he was calling from. He said what do you mean? I said who is this? He said Adrian can I speak to my name again. I said this is and he hung up on me! Scary!!!!!!!! I have done reverse look up no answer. I called back no answer. I have been checking all my accounts repeatedly freaking out. Not sure still now who this is.

Looked up Ask for the I.D. of the caller and looks my answer is Apex Merchant Group. I never bother answering calls not knowing who they are,there's so many scammers out there in this electronic tekkie age. Caveat Emptor is great advice,live by it,I do!!!

I get the calls all the time, no message usually.  What they are doing is trying to get people to call them back, circumventing the do not call list.  Report them to the do not call list, every time they call. Do not call them back or you have now initiated the call and done away with the do not call list.
