I got the same message but the guys name was matt then. They called again claiming his name was michael

got a cll from 2144465369 saying i was being sued. could not understand the "Eastern" accent. Claimed his name was "Roxy" and that I owed them 489.00 and needed to pay by prepaid visa. then they gave me to a guy name Mike (I think) same accent.

I said I had to research their claim and would get back to them. When I called back ; the number never rang. I tried every day and still no answer...

214-446-5369 is a scammer ,probably a terrorist!! claims to be a cop,collections,lawyer--hahahaha ! call the police,they are in dallas. dont give anything and they better never call me again!!!!!ny

This number called me at work, claiming that if I did not return the call, someone from Lakeview Sheriffs Deprtment, would be at my place of employment at 11am the next day to arrest me. Said that I had gotten a payday loan and had not repaid it, and instead of filing to get the money back, the company cut it as a loss and filed a lawsuit instead.  I was contacted by "Jack Dawson", claiming it was a law firm. I later found out that it was from Dallas, Texas. I contacted the Dallas Police Department, and they have encouraged me to press harrassment charges.

received a call at work notifying me of charges from the state of california.  when I call the number back not one picked up.  I told them if they  need any information they should contact me by mail since they claimed they have all the information.  I did not give them any information.

I just received the same call and they said they were from the Law office of Baker and Mckenzie and the person's name was Amie Gibson and I said to her that is not your name and they wanted my attorney's name,etc.  These phone calls are giving me crazy and I do not know how to stop them becuase they call me work all the time - what can we do?

Caller with an East Indian accent - said that he worked for a law firm and that there was going to be action taken against my name and social security number. He said that someone would come to my work with papers for my supervisor and me and then they would take me to the courthouse. He gave a name Jack ? (couldn't understand the rest of the name). I will be reportin this to the Federal Trade Commission and to the FBI Fraud Unit.

I just got a call from a lady from ACS Law Firm.  She just said that I would be arrested at my work or home tomorrow. RIdiculous....We need to find away to put a stop to this

Company goes by ACS Law Firm. It is a scam. Originally called me from 350-507-8586 threatened arrest in 30 minutes. Same Jack Dawson. Stated I owed payday loam from 9/2009 for $300 pay or else arrest and I would not get social security or benefits or ever work again. Repeatedly get these calls from variety of numbers. This time they called form different number and told me to call this number. When i call back it rings and rings then disconnects. and when I call original number it is "a non working number". I asked him where they were located he said somewhere in Texas. I said where...he mumbled and hung up. Please let me know where you going for the FTC because I have been told there is nothing anyone can do. Any help is appreciated!

My husband got a call frim this number today,  A David Parker was saying we had a payday loan in 2009 for $500 but we have to pay almost $2700, by 2 pm today or they were going to come arrest my husband at work.

It took me 5 tries to call this number for someone to answer, said he worked for David Harrison Legal in Texas.

I got the same call today from an Indian named Jack Dawson.  Said the same thing.  They even called my work!  I saved the message so that when I call the FTC, I have evidence of what he said!  He said that there were people on their way to my house and work to arrest me.  Does anyone know the name of the company?

SAME THING BUT STATES NAME IS OFFICER MAX LLOYD OF LAKEVIEW COUNTY SHERIFF DEPT IN TAMPA, FL EVEN GAVE ME A BADGE NUMBER. I AM REPEATEDLY GETTING THESE CALLS FROM VARIOUS NUMBERS AND GROUPS. STATES I TOOK A LOAN FOR $200.00 IN SEPT 2009 AND EFT CAME BACK FROM CASH ADVANCE. THIS SOUNDS LIKE A TOTAL SCAM. ANY HELP HOW TO STOP THESE CALLS IS APPRECIATED!

Got a call from an unnamed company from a Natasha. She said she was an investigator for a law firm Of course I didn't believe them for a second. It's happened to me before and I'm amazed at what these people will do to collect money.

Got a call from officer Bob Isac said he was a lawyer from ACS, these people are scam artist I went on line in june of last year to apply for a payday loan from 200 cash.com it looked legit and applied.  Never heard from them again and the phone number they gave just rang and rang looked up the address they gave and it was a vacant lot. Any ways they took the fee and additional fee o 149 out of my bank account.  I went to the bank and disputed it and closed my account out.  Now these people are calling me, my work and the people I put down as reference's.  Contact the federal trade commission and the FBI. Stop them for taking your hard earned money

I just got a message from this number on my answering machine - barely could understand a word she said.  Said I was going to be arrested for criminal activity and to call her and see what can be done about it. Caller ID shows Online Computer.. All I can Say is if they want to talk to me and try to settle something they need to learn to speak english so I don't have to listen to message 10 or 12 times to try and figure out what they are saying..

Says I owe 7,000 dollars and must pay 450 TODAY, loan was ONLY FOR 100 bucks....really....come on......and yesterday I got a call from a 281 in houston saying the exact same thing....can we at least TRY and seem like we are a ligit law firm instead of telemarketing........oh well....don't fall for it, if your really being sued they don't contact you by phone they will send you papers from the courthouse and a REAL attorney MAY contact you, not some indian guy or gale you can't understand......
