Saw this on caller ID & did not answer - figured it was marketing or other "telejunk".  Do not want any further calls!

Got a call saying I was being sued..had my information and also called my job earlier today... 214-446-5380. Said her name was Tina Mansis....

Got a call stated that I owed Cash Advance Payday 400.00 and they were sending a police to my home and workplace. Dont have a Bank Account so how did I get a loan electronically over the internet. i asked what law firm it was and the said David Harrison Legal Services in Texas. Did not give me information. Who the heel are they and what can we do to stop them.

I receive phone calls from this number to my cell phone.  They are based in TX and do not speak english.  Not sure what scam they are trying, but I will do anything I can to stop this.  I am enraged!

i jsut got that call today at my work said same to me there harrrasing me at work and my cell phone . i dont even have payday loan with them this fraud .

A man calling from 510-214-8905 said he was an officer Ray McKenzie (funny because he's definitely not american) says he's coming to arrest me at my place of business and arresting my reference & my manager at my work place for fraud.  I do owe a payday loan place some back $ but I don't believe they can just come & arrest me. I was on a debt settlement company program. This is harassment. I owed Chase Bank 10Xs what I owe this payday loan company & they didn't come after me.  I'm reporting these people. I'm sick of their harrassment.

THIS NUMBER IS HARRASING ME EVEN AT WORK PRETENDING THAT I AM IN BIG TROUBLE AND AND I HAVE TO CALL THEM.,,I CANT WAIT UNTIL THEY CALL ME AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE MY DAD WHO WORKS HIGHLY IN JUSTICE COURT WILL TRACE THESE PEOPLE AND WILL SHOVE THIS HARRASMENT BACK TO THEIR STINKY A**!!

214-446-5380 called at 00:56 hrs PDT on a city of san francisco cell. and woke me up!  no voice, about 2 rings.

got a call at 348 am May 1st.  Didn't answer it as i don't recognize the number.  I suppose it is another scam.  Too bad the FCA doesn't get off their butts and put a stop to these unwanted scam phone calls.  I seem to get a lot of them all of a sudden.  So much for my tax payers dollars being put to good use and my consitutional rights to privacy!!!!

Got a call @1:39am from Texas!!!   UGH!!!

I got a call at 2am from this number and my girlfriend got pissed thinking it was an old girlfriend, I got a midnight punch in the arm. You people are f****d up!

I received a phone call from this number at 4:00 am california time, I did not answer, however no message was left...who are these people? remove my cell phone from your your list.

I'm fast asleep and I get this call @ 5:15AM LOCAL TIME! I don't care what they are doing, it's not legal for phone solicitors to call before 8AM local time. Get this trash gone.

I got a call from this number at 2:47am PST on my cell phone. Woke me up from a dead sleep. I did not answer.

Called 5/1/09 at 4:20 a.m. no message. Our cell phone is for outgoing calls only.... nobody has this number except us.

CALLED AT 4:30AM!!! Of course I did not answer it, but it woke me up from a dead sleep. I am on the donotcall list as well...guess that doesn't work.

I've been called at 6:30 AM today, I didn't answer the phone cause I didn't know that number, I'm on the DoNotCall list too.

called my cell at 2.02am PST no message was left.. tried to call it back.. the 888 number was disconnected.

They called at 2:30am. no message. I am on the DoNotCall list as well.

I just called it back and it said the "number I was calling 888-899-3299 is disconnected".   Ridiculous.

Rang several times then stopped. Call to my cell phone at 12:40am PDT

Missed call, didn't leave a message, nothing. called at 11:14 PM, back tracked it to landline in Dallas, Texas.
