There is an app called NQ Call Blocker, if you don't have the option on your phone. It's free and super simple... For people you know but don't like, you can choose between blocking calls, texts, or both... Awesome app!

Recieved a call fromthis no#. They had all my info, email , address, ssn, employment info. Very unsettling cause I didnt give that info to them. I had to hang up on the guy.  I called back and got a prerecorded msg. Removed from call list by pressing '2'. Hopefully it works!

I have Sprint. With them I can go to my account on their website and block up to 100 calls for free.

I saw that the number had called my cell phone.  I was at work and don't answer my cell phone.  They didn't leave a message though.

Received this call for first time today. Did not answer... no message left. Caller ID said Dallas, Texas! I too don't know anyone from there!

got 3 calls back to back from 214-453-4738 yesterday.  No message, do not know anybody in Dallas Texas- Irritating!

Received a call this afternoon.  Blocked with *60... Filing a complaint with DNC and FCC.

I answered, guy had a thick middle eastern accent and was trying to set me up with an auto loan. I told him i didn't want it and to not call back. he got nasty about it

If you use Comcast you can block it by dialing *60 and follow the directions.

I immediately asked, "Who's calling?", and they said they were an auto loan company. I repeatedly told these folks that "Karen" changed her cell phone number, and they need to delete it, but they still call the number.

called on my cell phone left no message unknown who it is

I called the number back, and got a prerecorded message, with no company name, giving me a spiel about auto financing for less than perfect credit.

I have recieved 3 calls from this number comes in as a forwarded number to my phone.  does not leave a message

I too have received daily calls with no messages. No ones knows who this is calling? So much for Do Not Call List.

Also, if you are with AT&T you can enroll in Smart Limits (it's primarily to moderate what your kids can do on their phones) but you can block up to 30 numbers - I love this b/c I keep blocking these callers.  Now, when I reach 30 - not sure what I'll do. Smart Limits is around $5/month.

Calls several times a day but leaves no message, and hangs up when I try to answer.  I called back and got a recorded message about auto loans, and a message to press 1 for more info, 2 to be removed.  I pressed 2, we'll see what happens.

The first time they ever called I picked up and they asked was I interested in some sort of loan or insurance.  I told them no.  They have called ever since but leave no message and wont even respond when I say hello.  Call a few times per day.  Annoying!

Some Android phones have an option for blocking calls from specific numbers, do this:

save the unwanted caller's # to your contacts as any name (I named them a-hole caller)
select the settings, edit or options selection under that newly created contact
select to block or hang up on all calls from this contact
tada, you're done.

of course, this will only work on some Andriod devices, my phone, EVO 4G LTE

or you can answer the phone as "this is detective .........., what is your relation to the owner of this # who has recently gone missing?"

REALLY getting sick of these people!!!!  Im exhausted as it is, I have 4 SMALL children and am pregnant.  Im up ALL night off and on for various reasons- My phone has a HARD time charging, I dont have the money to replace it right now- I have OTHER things to worry about,,,  These morons will NOT leave me alone!!!!  They have called SO many times, late & early!!!  Its pissing me off!!!!  I dont have a credit card, I dont need insurance of ANY kind, I have NO debt & they need to GET OFF MY BACK!  This is my cell phone btw that they are blowing up & last I checked they are NOT supposed to be harrassing people ESPECIALLY cell phones!!!

I use a blacklist app that automatically hangs up on unwanted numbers

I have as to speak with a manager on duty...then tell them to put me on the do not call list, they just hang up at that point and call again another time. what ever they are trying to sell they are defiantly an out sourced agency ( India Im guessing )

Might as well stop calling.  Phone is set to go to fax only.  Will not be answered EVER!
