It's for discount rewards.com.  Called the number, and they offer a package of gifts for shipping/handling.  I told 2 different people (overseas based) that I unequivocally wasn't interested if I was going to be required to proactively decline or cancel any kind of ongoing service.  I was assured that was not the case and that this was a one-time promotion, but when I got to the confirmation tech (US based), I had miraculously become eligible for some kind of cockamamie miracle weight loss program that I could return within15 days at no obligation, but if I wanted to continue, I'd be billed $39.95 a month.  I told the guy that I was beyond furious that the other 2 people had lied to me and cancelled the entire operation.

If I have a chance to talk to them I will try to ask them to deduct the shipping and handling from the $100 and send me the rest.

Got a call this morning and did not answer it. Called it back and it was some reward redemption, the recorded voice stated that it was because I visited a parterning website and they had some reward for me. I hung up before I heard any more.

Called me in the morning on a Thursday. I saw and didn't answer it but they hung up after the second ring. This number calls me once a month at least.

I did some checking on this phone #, its a VoIP phone, which means its a voice over internet phone.

Do a little reading on the site, & in the forum. You will find posts from people who have paid. Some just lost their money. Some had large amounts taken out of their accounts. Some had large amounts posted on their credit cards. Some had all their personal information taken. You can spot a scam the second they ask you to send money to get something free. My favorite part of this scam is that they can "give" you $100., but they can't afford to send it to you? And 'poof' the scammer vanishes in a puff of logic.

They did ask for shipping and handling, and said I won a 100$ gift card. Sounds like a scam...wish I could hear from Somone who actually paid it to see what happened

I got a call from 214 495 1944 it showed on the caller ID Allen Texas.  they left no message

Looks like the scam is for them to call you but not give you enough time to pick up the phone. Then curious people call back and run into the scam. At that point, the pathetic and crippled government ?do not call? program does not take effect the scammers since *you* call them.... just guessing here but it sound reasonable.

i got a call from this number, it rang once then hung up so I called it back as a man answered the phone and asked my name and said I won a gift card and just needed to pay 9.95 for shipping.  i hung up.  It's a landline in Allen, Texas

The number calls  me and my  all blocker doesnt work when I am on the phone. I called back and it hangs up.

They left no message.  I called the number back and it goes to a recording for Julie from Reward Redemption.  Sure it's some kind of scam.

received call on my cell which like my home phone is listed on the "do not call" list.   Unfortunately, I do not have ability to block calls through my provider, but I have set my phone to require pressing any key to answer instead of automatic answer when opened.  This allows me to reject all unfamiliar numbers and never pick up thereby avoiding unnecessary minutes lost on my plan.
