Got a call from this scumbag yesterday, but they didn't leave any message on my answering machine.

Called my land line 7/12/2011 Unknown Name, no message.

Forget about blocking them.  Waste of time.

They change phones (#'s) like I do underwear.

It's such a pain in the a$$, I know.  Just don't answer if you don't recognize the number.

Got a recorded call today and it said to lower my credit card debt to press 1  I pressed 1 an the young lady who answered said her name was Julie and I asked her politly to please take my number out of there computer she  said NO we wont and then hung up on me..

Same here...googled the number and ended up here...used to just save the number to my phone as a telemarketer, and added this funny rejection ringtone to it, but the same number never calls twice. It keeps changing. I have gotten so sick of it recently, I am now just blocking them. There has got to be some legal action we can take to stop this company. I really  do not like the fact that scammers like this  have my information. Any ideas?

214-496-2580 called my cell phone and I'm on the DNC list. Called today around 5pm.

I have received calls almost daily from this company on both my home and cell numbers.  Today I lodged a complaint at donotcall.gov.  I hope someone takes this seriously and some sort of action is taken.  I can't believe they get away with making fraudulent statements like this is a "final notice" regarding my "existing credit account."  What a croc!

I just thought I would Google this number since it showed up in my missed call list on my cell phone.  I had no idea that so many people were also receiving calls from this number.  Today was the first time a received a call from this number.  Now I know to NEVER answer it if I see this number.

These people are idiots. You can ask them to take your number off their list and they agree, but then they just call you from a different number and the cycle starts all over again.

I keep getting calls from these people. The robocall warns you that this is your 2nd and final offer to lower rates on your credit cards. I pressed 1 because I wanted to have a company name to put on the Do Not Call complaint. The person who answered spoke very fast with an accent, so I heard "Card Services" or somesuch. I've previously asked them not to call me and have been on the Do Not Call list since you could register for it online.

I am on a no call list and I received a telephone call from this number.

I asked them to take me off the list the first time they called, said they did, called again, stated I was on the "do not call registry", hung up on me.  Called AGAIN, yelled at them to take me off their list, they said this wasn't a movie this was real life and said I was going to be anal raped, as well as my phone number posted publicly.  Geesh.  They called me again of course, and I said I'm pretty sure your last call is a felony, they hung up.

If anyone out there with more free time than I have wants to try and track this guy down though, here's one idea that may work.  Hit 1 to talk to them about the credit card offer... act interested, start the process with them - make sure you DON'T actually give them any of your information though.  Just as you're about to get to that point, act like a major problem just occurred and ask for info to call them right back and finish the application process.  See if you can get a number maybe?

I just received a call from 214-496-2580 with a recorded message about lowering my credit card interest rates. This is the third or fourth such call I have gotten and I'm on the no call list, so I pressed 1 and when a person picked up and said "Hi, can I help you?" I replied, "Yeah, you can stop calling me." The guy then had the audacity to say, "That's not gonna happen." So I told him it was illegal and I was reporting him, then I hung up.

Last call for credit card..receive this call on regular basis. Do not have credit card. On do not call list!

My phone is listed in the do not call registry

They call, I have the machine on to answer calls after second ring. I no longer stress over these annoying calls. If it is important, they will leave a message. I have not "answered" my phone in a year.

This weirdo called about credit card interest and hung up on me

I was called from this number unsolicited, but there was no option on the automated message to have myself removed.  I hit "1" to talk to someone and some guy basically said "what do you want?"  When I told him that he had called me, he hung up.  What a low-life!

Received a called on July 11,2011

I actually called this number back! I got some guy in Miami, who said he had only been here three days from the Dominica Republic. He had received several other angry call backs about this issue, but nobody had taken the time to explain to him exactly what was happening. My best guess is some scammer has found out how to reroute there number so that some poor guy in Miamis' cell phone shows up on your caller IDs'.  This is highly illegal. And DO NOT PUSH ONE for this call !!! It may be your finances on the line!

They continue to call my phone and once i answer and try to find out info they hang up.  They need to be reported.

Call says it's from Dallas, TX, they left no message though, I didn't answer it quick enough.

We just received a call from this number...it was a recording stating if we wanted to take advantage of their credit card offer, press 1.  I promptly hung up and blocked this number.  Next time I'll do a trace!!!

I am getting calls from this number also and when I call back to the number it says I have dialed an incorrect number.  No one leaves a message.  I have learned not to pick up the phone when it rings.  My friends know to call me on my cell.  I am as annoyed as you folks about these annoyance calls.

Recorded message telling me they can lower my interest rates.  Ha!!!!!  I hung up and added their number to my Ignore55 contact.  All my IgnoreXX numbers have a "ring tone" of SILENCE!!!  That's the 55th number I've added in the last 3 years!!
