My daughter and her boyfriend just texted me saying that they got calls from Brian Hollister about some court documents that I need to be served.  It sounded kinda fishy so I looked it up online.  I didn't talk to him but I will let my family know not to talk to him.  

I just got a call from Brian Hollister as well.  He left a VM on both my work and cell.  Said he had papers to serve to me and would like to "meet outside of my place of business".  I have NEVER heard of a process server calling to warn you about being served....they just do it.  I will join you on your complaint...who did you contact to complain?

Oh they told me the same thing....couldn't tell me about the summons but said since I wasn't being cooperative that it was being sent back to the court for me to go pick it up. Then he threatened to put my name on online and said he would call me an a**hole. I contacted FTC. They said they need more people to call so they can investigate.

Just received a call phone these a$$holes talking about they had papers to serve me. Oh Really?? Then give me the address where you will be serving them (he didn't have). He ask me who my employer was and I stated I didn't know!! He gave me some employer I worked for 2 yrs ago who's not even located in the same state as myself. Went on to say he would drop them off at my employer between 12-3 and to make sure I had to forms of ID. Stuttering after every question I asked him.

Dumbass what court you know notifies a person the exact time and date they will be there!!! smdh

These are just a bunch of scam artists and I hope that no one ever gives them their credit card.  The callers will not give an address so you can mail a check, they only want your credit card so please DO NOT Give them any of your information!!!  

By law, they must provide you with documentation that you owe them money.  These messages are all just empty threats so please be ware and do your research on line.  I recommend the link below to learn more about how to rid yourself of these bottom feaders.

Received a call from them today, said they had a summons for me and wanted to know if i wanted to be served at my place of employment or if i wanted to be served somewhere else.  I told them to contact my attorney and the man said they didnt have my attorneys name and when i offered it, the guy said since i was being rude that i would be served at my place of employment between 11:00 & 2:00 PM.  "I told them ok, thats fine".  Nobody showed up!

Received call from a man stating he was J&R Processing and to call back and let him know if he could serve ma at my place of employment.

I got a call saying they were a process server, looking for some person I've never even heard of and that my number was given as a contact number.

They called and left a message saying they were J & R Proccess Servers and had papers they were needing to serve me today.  I don't know about anyone elses State.  But, my state has a website you can look at to see if you are being sued by anyone for any reason.  So, with that being said.  You can't scare people in my state by threatening them.  Good Luck with whom ever you are trying to find.  You would get alot further in finding them by telling the truth.

just got the same call its scare tacts by bill collectors you probably took out a payday loan im assuming try to record the call contact your attny and try to sue them good luck

I really think these people use the "Summons" as an excuse to bully you into telling them any information as to who they are looking for. I believe these people are "BILL COLLECTORS"!
I have asked them what company they are and they refuse to give you any information. If they were a reputable company, they wouldn't hesitate to give you that information  and they sure wouldn't be so rude. I say keep em going on the phone for as long as you can trying to make them give you information. You will see for yourself how nasty they get!

this is a "process server" for cashnetusa says that he just wants to verify my address so that i wont be served at work, when i tried to give him my address he told me that i had to call the company cashnet and update it with them, when i called the number to update my  info they wntd to work out payment arrangements, and actually they were very reasonable.

They told me same thing but couldnt tell me anything about the summons.

received a call from this number looking for shelly blankenship,stated they had a summons to serve them for licking county ohio courts.we have lived here 5 and a half years.there were blankenships that rented our  property before we lived here
