Well "Aspen" I hope he reads this post of yours. If he was "asked to leave" he's entitled to unemployment. I wonder if an outfit like yours is going to be found to be in compliance with the regulations & payments in regards to unemployment in your state?

They just called my cell phone leaving a message for my former neighbor. How in the world did they get my cell number in relation to my former neighbor?! I'm wondering if I should be worried about ID theft.

This person called my dad!! Told that I was expecting a legal paper work that needed to be home. I filed chapter 7 in Sept 2013.

Family member from Missouri
Kathy, we received a voice mail today from a company called ICS and they stated that they were going to serve legal papers on you this Thursday either at home or at work. Not sure why they are contacting us.
I am mortified embarrass that some ICS company left a personal information on my family's voice mail. Left a ph number and case #.

I tried calling back. No business identification for me to leave a mg. I had filed bankruptcy may 15 2013. This is a form of harassment in my book.
