Got this call today at 7:32pm, did not answer. But I'm glad I found this thread! Let's report!

CALL WAS MADE FROM A TELEMARKETER WANTING ME TO UPGRADE TO INTERNET TV FROM TIME WARNER CABLE, TOLD THEM NO I HAVE THE NECESSARY SERVICE I NEED NOTHING FURTHER.THEY HUNG UP ON ME.

4 times in a row - every 7.5 minutes.  Unknown company.  I'm not picking up.  It rings 3 times and is done.  

Sick and tired of getting REPEAT calls from this number.

Since I have a 3 pack with Time Warner, as far as I am concerned they should be working to eliminate these type of nuance calls.

So annoying.. calls come between 7 and 8 .. come up as Time Warner.. no messages left.. when calling back the number it appears to be a private voicemail/answering machine for "Tammy"

I got a call from this number tonight - we live in Maine!

Just call back and get on the do not call list. they will not stop calling otherwise. they are trying to sell time warner services

have had multiple calls they are scamming saying you owe a bil

I starting receiving the calls about two weeks ago...finally called the number back after seeing this page and signed up for no call.  Was a company called American Support calling on behalf of TWC.

Letys see if the calls will stop....

u got my # when u solicited my son from the street yelling to him while he was in the house asking if parents were home. when i called to complain, u obviously kept my # to harass me at! i am reporting u! i am on the do not call list and made it clear i didnt want direct tv services!

I am not answering calls from this #.  But what I want to know is why are there ads on your page for Holiday Inn, Niagara Falls, where I stayed last week.

this past week started getting calls and voice messages from this phone number which is just a bunch of clicking in the phone, sort of like a morse code clicking sound.

Its time Warner cable trying to sell something, if i wanted something i know how to call them.  They call several times per day.

they keep calling but leave no message, dont wait for me to answer..and I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST!

Twice today we have gotten this phone call from 214-506-7171 and have not answered it.  We too already have Time Warner and with their frequent price increase am seriously considering changing to Verizon.  Why would I want to buy more from them when considering leaving them.

Keep getting calls on my landline from here. It comes up at Time Warner (which we already have) on the caler id and never leaves a message. Calls middle of day and up to after 8pm at night. Ugh. Annoying.

Kept getting calls from this number as well saying it was Time Warner.  I just called Time Warner - it's a scam and not TWC.  TWC had no record of all the calls or of the free HBO offer that they had ostensibly offered me.

This number has called me about 10 times the past 7 days. They never leave a message. Thanks to these posts now I know it's f**king TWC. :-/

I'm already on the do not call list and they keep calling me.

Have been getting calls on this number for the last few days, coincidentally after I had to call them on a service issue.  With the Time Warner block of CBS and other channels am I really going to upgrade my service, no!  Press 1 and put myself on the do not call list.

I ve been getting multiple calls from this number. I work nights so these calls are extremely annoying because they wake me up!!  I'm on the do not call list!!  WTF!!! How do I get this to stop?

Calls and calls, I never answer, they never give up! Based on these posts, it must be TWC.

This number calls me all times of the day 3 to 5 time very annoying. I wish they would stop.
