I only owed them $762,141,012.24 and was only 240 days late. I told them I would send them $25 a month until it was paid off. They at first said okay and then they changed their mind when I fell behind and missed all the payments.What the heck is their problem man ???

I think my Son is behind on his car payment.  It has nothing to do with me.  But yet they are calling my cellphone.  How did they get that number?  I'm not answering their calls...and I'm not going to give them any information on my Son or his wife.  Bite me!

This is the worst company. After they bought out CitiFinancial Auto, they would start calling at 6:30 the morning it was late (less than 8 hours after it was due, but still not more than 10 days late). This would continue numerous times throughout the day, 7 days a week, until we paid. We traded vehicles this week, and after a day's reprieve (we were 3 days late), we are still getting calls every hour from them, saying we are late. I hate this company with a passion. We insisted on another loan company with our new vehicle.

Btw, no message left on answering machine.  No surprise there.

They called at 8:45 this morning!! They started calling the day after it was due. Have only been over 30 days late once in the three years I've owned this car. If I can find something online regarding call times, I will be filing a complaint.  This is ridiculous!

I think it's Santandar, a auto loan company.  Extremely aggressive and hostile.

This number belongs to Santander Consumer . They are in posession of some CitiFinancial Auto Loans. They have called me 6 times today and will not leave a message. When you call the number back there is no answer. I knew Santander was calling when I answered one of the calls and they asked for my son and his ex girlfriend who had bought a car together. I told them to call back and leave a message. They did not leave a message. I called Santander and the rep who answered would not give her name, was very rude and explained that the loan was overdue by 6 days. The check had been written for the total amount due but the written amount did not match the numerical amount on the check and they only drafted payment for the written amount. She asked if I could make a payment over the phone. The fees =$15.00 to make this payment. They are very rude, ignorant and unprofessional.

This is the worst company ever! They got on my ##$%^ nerves that they had me trade in my vehicle just so I don't have to deal with them.  They got so many different numbers that it doesn't make any damn sense.  Goodbye Santander I don't have the vehicle no more so stop damn calling me.

Let them threaten as much as they want. They cant take your car from you if your only late a few days.  Have to be late more than 90 days in order for them to reposes it.

I don't have a car loan.  But, these people call all the time- and someone came to my house looking for someone I don't know who owns a car they want to repo.  It's very odd.  Now I have to check my credit and hope it's not tied in with this.

I'm getting regular calls from Santander and I haven't owed payments of any kind in many years.  I recently moved and I suspect that the holder of my number is the person whom they seek.  Vultures, all of them.

Santander, is the reason why credit companies fail in their attempts to collect debts. People get offended and say to hell with it all!

i should thank them after all thier calls after being like one day late i started to save for a new car just bought it with cash a 2004 buick never again loan for a car I learned my lesson. so thank you, you #/#@%^&#!$%^*((()) i used it to my good.

Calls non stop and calls your place of business and is rude to your employees...

They must have some BAD practices they are teaching the staff there. I have experienced the same thing....

Ever since HSBC Handed over my loan to Santander...I have never seen such bad business fromthe staff.  Once, when I was a few days late a lady told me to clean out my car, she would handle the rest and hung up. When I am 2-3-4 days late, they are relentless and don't realize they cant get blood out of a turnip.  It's just not the way to do business...not the way to keep a company up and running!!!
I hope to God I can get my car paid off before they come to take it for being a few days late etc...

This is one of many numbers for Santandar, an auto loan company. I was receiving 2-3 calls a day, 3-4 times per week. They never leave a message. I am not late with on my payments nor am I past due, so I called them and demanded that they stop calling me. Turns out, there is a "Welcome Interview" that they have to do, and that is why they were constantly calling. Completed the stupid interview and they no longer call me.

I pay what I can when I can on my truck, yes they are working with me for which I am gladd of. But as soon as I pay they start calling again wanting more money. 3 & 4 times a day, they claim as long as I owe them money they can call. Same question, when can we get the money you owe us, I just gave you money three days ago. Really some rude people, like they should be calling HSBC they are the company that sold them all the auto loan accounts, and I was 30 days behind when they bought them. Sounds like a scandle to me.

I noticed this number on caller ID calling repeatedly since yesterday at 2 hour intervals. I also noticed the use of an alternate number 214-540-2035. So I called it back. It is in fact Santandar Debt collection. Oh well, they're wasting their long distance minutes on calling us here in Cali. Our department serves thousands of employees.
