I called them back, man with Indian accent said the company is Nissan.  He then asked me for my social security number.  I said "Are you kidding me?" and I hung up.

Nissan for sure.  They suck.  I hate the whole idea of credit.

This number calls me twice a day, in the morning usually (anywhere between 8:00 and 9:00)  it usually rings 2 times and then they hang up.  It's really annoying!  I have credit through Infiniti Financial, the deal is...I'm never late, why the harrassment?

Was sleeping. Just bought a car from them,no pymt due.Probley a survey that could wait till a later time!
On top of it they hung up on me( on my cell #).Could tell I was sleeping I am sure.
They should only be able to call from 11am to 6pm.

Several calls to my son's cell phone. He is 15 and I am pretty sure he never bought a car, much less on credit. I'll be Verizon sold them the number - the stinking bastards!

Called them back, and at least they answer and promise not to call back. That is better than most telemarketing scum.

Call received at work phone number several times a day.  No response when I answer the phone.

This number is NISSAN.  I called back on my Majic Jack phone, they called my cell phone and no reply. I only knew it was a woman on the other end. Nissan has my cell number, which I will never give out to any company again, home phone only. Still don't know what they wanted, but I was not going to give some stranger my social to find out. .Not behind on payments so it was just them wanting to do service or something.. I do my own maintanence / told them no reason to call as only warranty items will see their dealership, won't pay inflated prices.

For the last several days I got a call from this number and they ask for me. When I say yes its me they hang up. Today i asked who was calling and that I would report them and they hung up again.

This has been going on with our business main phone number for over 18 months.  It doesn't matter what you tell them they just keep calling.  We get as many as 5 to 6 calls a week.  Don't give them any information that could identify you as they don't appear to be legitimate. We have never done any business with them.

It's not a scam, it's Nissan Motor Financial.  They finance loans for people buying Nissan vehicles, so it is not the same company as Nissan the car company.  Unless you own a Nissan vehicle, however, they should not be calling to harass you.

Received 3 calls from this number at my work in the last two days and no one is there. I called it back and the woman asked for my SS# and account number. I explained to her twice that this is a business and asked that they don't call again. She said without my ss# or Acount # that she can't help me. I asked for a supervisor, was placed on hold and the same woman returned to the line. She asked for the number in which I am receiving the calls. I gave her the number and she placed me on hold again. She came back to the line and claims our number has been removed...I guess we will wait and see.

This number keeps calling my cell as well, never leaves a message. It is definately Nissan Motor. My car is in my dads name and i make the payments and was behind however they sent a letter to extend the contract by 2 months. Not sure why they are still calling. Its just frustrating that they dont leave a message. About ready to remove my number from the online portal for them.

I get calls at 7:30-8:00 at night.  It is nuts.  I do not have time for this.  They will not tell you what they unless the person they are calling for is there.  Well that person is notjust going to call back unless they know why!!!!

well, since I've never leased a car, don't own a Nissan, and have not cosigned for anyone for a car, I doubt I'm on anyone's account :)  believe me, having my credit on their application would NOT help them out!  hahaha!

claimed to be a collection agency working on behalf of infiniti even though no payment was overdue.  could not state name of the account, the amount of the monthly payment, or account number.  kept demanding social security number.

They've been calling every single business day between 8:30 and 9:30 in the morning. Most of the time I pick up and disconnect. Sometimes it goes to voicemail. It's always requesting a call back at an 800-number.  I don't own a Nissan. I've never owned a Nissan. I don't KNOW anyone who owns a Nissan.  They're calling my work number.

The call is from Nissan.  I have talked with them and stated I file Bankruptcy and to contact my attorney directly. They still keep calling which is illegal once you have retained an attorney, they by law can not keep haressing you. If this happens or is happening to you too, your attorney can file documents again them. Keep the information as to when they call, date time etc. and let you attorney know. Although they are a big corporate, there are laws to prevent this from happening.

I kept getting a call from this number for a week.  I never picked it up since it said it was from Texas (I live in Arizona).  Finally I decided to see who it was and called it.  They said they were some financial group which handles loans to Nissan.  I said I never bought nor leased a Nissan.  They asked if I had signed or a co-signed a loan to which I told them I never did.  Finally they asked what number they called from and said they'd remove it.

It's Nissan Motor Acceptance...they call me too. Just google the telephone number
