I received a message this morning to from number 1..... it stated I won 1 milion i must contact msmobiledraw@hotmail.co.za    
im from namibia and I didnt bother replying.  These people clean your bank account, use your id number to open accounts and leave you in debts and make u blacklisted

I received a similar msg this morning from 1 (that's how it reflected on my phone), notifying me that I had won 100 000,00 pound and that I should contact Mrs May on e-mail (pballmobile@hotmail.co.uk)00447012904871 Ref:UKP22 to collect. I am from Zimbabwe.

It's a scam. Read my post on this page. International lotteries are illegal, and it is also against the law to participate. They are using the Powerball name without permission to make it look like they have the money to pay you, so they can trick you into sending them your money and details. They will then keep your money, block your calls and steal your identity.
Your best defense is to call your phone company and have them shut off international calling and block third-party providers and premium SMS to keep the scammers from reaching you.

It's a scam. Powerball is only played in the United States, and the only way to play it is to go to a licensed agent and purchase a ticket. There is no mobile draw. The tickets are not sold online, and other countries are not allowed to participate. The current jackpot is $40 million USD for tonight's drawing, so the scammer lied to you about that as well.
His purpose is to make you think you won, so you will send him your money and details for his imaginary prize. He then cleans out your bank account and steals your identity.
The best thing to do is delete the SMS-do not reply Stop, or it will install malware on your phone that will collect your information. If you already replied, contact your service provider to have the malware removed, and check your bill and bank account for false charges.
